Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Ninth Ward

This was a great place to stay! Michelle thought of EVERYTHING and her amenities were plentiful, thoughtful, and useful. Her guidebook led us to some fabulous restaurants, bars, and local music. The beds were comfortable, the coffee set-up was perfect, and the back patio was charming. We walked 15-30 minutes to local bars and restaurants easily. Less than 10 minute walk to great coffee shop. Thank you Michelle for making our girls trip to New Orleans such a hit!

What a little oasis! This little corner studio is adorable! It's decorated so cute and smells good. I loved all the windows and natural light. The little back deck was delightful to sit at. I wish there was a way to rate the bed.....MOST COMFORTABLE Air Bnb bed I've ever slept on!! I met Patrick while I was sitting outside during my stay. He was very friendly and told me to let him know if I needed anything. I appreciated his friendliness and willingness to be an excellent host. This little studio really felt like a home from the moment I arrived. I am thankful to have gotten to stay at Jasmine Station.

Me and my beloved enjoyed every second of it! It was the best stay we have had in a while and one of the most memorable weekends of my life.

A 5 star stay! The home is absolutely immaculate & beautiful. We didn’t want to leave - our dogs included! We loved the large open living room & kitchen. Both the front porch & the screened in back porch were beautiful - it was hard to decide where to have our morning coffee! The fenced in yard is a must for our fur babies & they absolutely loved it. Short walk to the beach & Coleman Ave - and a short drive to Old Town BSL - so lots to do nearby! We frequent BSL often so we will definitely be staying at Jacob’s place again!

Amazing stay! Gary’s house exceeded expectations and my family loved it. Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. Gorgeous, unique, spacious house full of New Orleans character and the backyard is a true oasis. We spent most of the time in the pool and hot tub. It’s obvious what an incredible amount of love and time went into creating this property! The location off of Magazine St. couldn’t be better. Shopping/food/drinks all within minutes, grocery store at the end of the block, we didn’t even use the car. So close to action yet the house felt quiet and secluded. Perfect, couldn’t ask for more! 100/10, can’t wait to stay again!

Janice's Airbnb is beautiful, one of my favorite stays ever. It's roomy, comfortable, and well cooled for hot/humid days. More than that, Janice goes over and above to make you feel at home. The apartment has everything you need, and I appreciate the water bottles and snacks Janice gave to us. Loved it, will stay again.

This double shotgun home in Treme was such a great find! It has so much original character, has plenty of space for two couples, and felt very safe! I wish that you could enjoy the courtyard more, and we did find a couple cockroaches during our stay (You are in the deep South. If you are not expecting bugs, you may as well plan to go somewhere else!), but we would absolutely stay here again! It is walkable to the French Quarter, and I would recommend going to Treme Coffeehouse (which is a block and a half away) for some coffee and breakfast! They were so kind in being flexible with check-in and check-out times dependent on our flights and were extremely responsive with our conversations. Do not hesitate to stay here if you are headed to NOLA!

What an *absolute gem* of an Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the vibrant colors and the stunning artwork—every corner is filled with personality and joy! The host has truly thought of *everything*—the kitchen and bathroom are stocked with every item you could possibly need (and even things you didn’t know you needed until you saw them!). We were greeted with cold sodas, cozy vibes, and a space that felt both homey and inspiring. You can tell so much love and care went into creating this space. Plus, the host is an absolute sweetheart—so kind, welcoming, and attentive. Truly a 10/10 stay. Don’t forget to sign the guest book before you leave—it’s just one more charming detail that makes this place so special!

Absolutely Loved it!!! After traveling with our 4month old an be able to relax in a home setting was amazing!! We felt right at home!! Beautiful home!! Beautiful location!! Poppi is an amazing host!! Would highly recommend!!
