A charming little house that I enjoyed admiring the early 20th century architecture.

Definitely one of the fullest kitchens i have had in my stays. Good area on Siegen ln. Would definitely stay again.

Sanaz was a great host! Very accommodating and brought me extra supplies that I needed. Comfortable bed and quiet area. Would definitely stay again!

Nice quiet neighborhood, easy to get to from two directions. Lots of amenities close by, included in the house. Relaxing area outside for talking and eating. Plenty of room inside for the five of us for sleeping, eating and watching tv (while it rained). So much better than a hotel / motel room. Thanks.

House was decorated lovely. Very cozy and comfortable. Full kitchen and laundry were a great bonus. Beds are VERY comfy. Nice outdoor area to sit and relax. Check in was a breeze. Coffee just around the corner and plenty of places to eat. I come to BTR a lot and would highly recommend this place.

Perfect location for us to stay while our daughter graduated from LSU. Exactly how described and perfect for the occasion. Very close to LSU and our daughter. Johanna was great, very clean and easy to get in to. Appreciated everything and had an amazing trip.

Kris is a fabulous host! His home is so welcoming and comfortable! Every room has TVs and streaming! Great internet for working remotely! Wonderfully stocked kitchen! Fantastic location as you are so close to everything! Beautiful yard and courtyard! We have stayed with Kris twice now and we will definitely be back! Such a friendly, helpful, responsive host!

Bryan's place was unexpectedly comfortable and homelike. It was spacious, well stocked, very clean, and the beds were comfortable. It is tastefully and eclectically decorated as described, not cluttered, at all. The artwork is so interesting! We were grateful for a drip coffee maker and the provision of whole beans and a grinder. Also, the stove was gas rather than electric , which we really liked. Bryan was responsive and checkout was the simplest we have experienced. We would highly recommend renting Bryan's place

It was a very relaxing stay. Close to the convention center where we were bowling. Also nearby restaurants and shopping. David was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Will stay there again when the tournament returns to Baton Rouge.

if I could give this place an the hosts 10 stars I would .... Eric an Miranda wer incredibly friendly an welcoming we wer given a tour of the whole property and info and history of the place and we enjoyed the late night jam session an beers....the rustic is an awesome place with many new things in the works

All I can say is WOW. This place exceeded expectations. Everything about it is beautiful. And it has the most comfortable bed that I've ever experienced in an airbnb. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. We will be back! Highly recommend!!

This was my first time in Baton Rouge, and Kasey’s home made me feel right at home! It was exactly as described—beautiful, cozy, and well-decorated. The space was warm, inviting, and spotless. We were in town to visit LSU, and the location was perfect—just minutes from campus and close to everything we needed. Kasey was very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. I slept comfortably, and one of my favorite touches was the abundance of clean towels provided—it really made things easy and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful stay. I’d definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting the area!

Great property! Close enough to anything you need or want to do . I wouldn’t say “walking distance” to places but we definitely would recommend staying here again. Very friendly neighborhood.

Susan made us feel right at home. She accommodated our needs and made sure we had everything we needed. There are multiple coffee shops, restaurants, a grocery store, and other places that’s a simple walk from the location. It was a great experience and I can’t recommend her enough!

House was beautiful and looked just like the photos. Loved the back deck on the water even when it rained it was nice just sitting and watching. Just wish we were there more than we were to enjoy the house and deck fully. Would definitely stay again if we are this way.

We loved this small little studio apartment style off the back of their garage. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe to walk around. Only 10 minutes from anywhere in downtown Baton Rouge. We will look for more of Carl's properties as we travel!

We really enjoyed our stay. My husband and I were there for a bowling tournament and this was our first time doing an Airbnb because we wanted to bring our fur babies with us. Elizabeth was the best host ever. The description is exactly what it was on the website. She has free roaming chickens that are very friendly and farm fresh eggs are absolutly delicious. Her two pygmy goats are the cutest thing ever and one of them took a liking to me, haha (Winston). Even though it is an attached mother-in-law addition, which I will be honest and say I was hesitant about, it is completely separate like a duplex would be and you still have your privacy and zero distractions. The accommodations were great and the house is just absolutely adorable and modern. I highly recommend staying here and I hope to come back someday. Elizabeth is the best and I thank her so much for her hospitality!

Staying here was great for us. My bowling team wad very happy with the stay. The beds were very comfortable and the water pressure for the showers was phenomenal. Josh even text me a little while after we checked out that we forgot a bag. We were able to go back and get that bag and still had time to get to the airport.

The space was clean and organized. All of the listed amenities were present and were very nice. The hosts are very kind and friendly people and greeted us upon arrival. We met their cute dog and enjoyed our stay without any trouble. Highly recommend this stay!

We stayed from a Monday evening until Friday morning. Everything was wonderful! It looks just like the pictures in the listing. Our only "issues," though it wasn't a huge deal, was that the garage was not available to use like it says in the listing, the light switch/dial in the dining room does not work, and the shower in 2nd bathroom in the hallway has the Hot and Cold side labeled backwards. So when you have it on "H" you're actually running just cold water 😅 Otherwise, our stay was wonderful, and we would definitely consider coming back!
