“Jarrod is a gracious, thoughtful host who provides occupants with a very high level of service. He's very fast to respond to any request and considerate of your needs. The home is lovely, clean, and he has made thoughtful touches throughout. Kitchen is well-stocked and extra supplies are made available to guests. As a licensed realtor whose been in hundreds of homes, I really loved what he did with the place. The neighbors were nice, friendly, and cordial. I highly recommend this place!”

“Outstanding space, one of the top Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at. Comfortable and stylish with lots of amenities. I don’t normally like to make reference to certain amenity but the shower here, seriously...quite possibly the best shower I’ve ever taken. Then, when you’re done there, the softest, most comfortable bed will leave you with wonderful nights sleep. I really can’t say enough about this place... !!10 out of 10 STARS!!”
Wood flooring fully furnished and kitchen has stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Washer and dryer. This was my dad’s place until he passed.
“Staying at Mary Ann's Granny Pop cottage was homey and felt like we were staying with family. The cottage is located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. It's great that Mary Ann allows dogs because there was plenty of space and green to walk our little rascal. The cottage is essentially a bungalow that's detached from Mary Ann's home. My husband and I only stayed one night as a rest stop during our drive from NYC to Texas. It has everything you need for longer stays including but not limited to a laundry room, linen closet, living room, kitchen, refrigerator with a freezer and a kitchen table. As expected and we knew this coming in––the bedroom is made up of two twin beds that's separated by a dresser. Beds were very comfortable and gave us the much needed rest for our early check out and drive the next morning. One other thing we appreciated but didn't apply to us is that the bathroom is elderly and disability friendly. We made it to Texas safe and sound and we weren't sleep deprived. Thanks again Mary Ann!”
