Andy was super easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The home is perfectly situated with easy access to snowboarding and the Bay Area. We hope to stay there again!

Great place for a family get away! We visited for a long weekend, and we enjoyed the fenced in yard as we have an elderly dog and two toddlers that loved walking along the gardens. Located in a very quiet neighborhood! We sure enjoyed it as it reminded us of the town we grew up in Michigan! Highly recommended would definitely stayed again.

Shannon's place is comfortable and conveniently located a short distance from the Nevada County Fairgrounds. It was a great location to return to after spending hours at a music festival to rest and refresh before heading back to the fairgrounds. The backyard patio is especially enjoyable in the morning. Lots of flowers, birds and beautiful trees contribute to the peaceful surroundings.

This was indeed a cozy cabin. It was everything we needed for his special trip-quiet, comfortable, and conveniently located near my sister’s school. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and we enjoyed discovering the unique furnishings and antique knick knacks around the home. I also thought the board games were a nice touch. Manya was very responsive and was able to accommodate an urgent request. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

We traveled for a wedding with our adult children. Sarah's place fit the bill perfectly for us. The house was great and as advertised. Sarah was very clear with instructions but also friendly to deal with. Extremely good price for the house. Thank you so much for opening your house to us

This was our second time staying here. We LOVE this house! This house is clean, comfortable and we felt right at home. The girls (a group of deer) were in our yard several mornings and afternoons. Enjoyed making meals in the wonderful kitchen. Wish it was our own house!

Our hosts May and Jason went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and make our stay amazing for us. We chose this house to hold a small wedding ceremony and reception. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. May and Jason were generous, kind, and easy to work with. Wedding planning was a breeze, and we had a wonderful time from start to finish. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts for the love and care that they put into preparing this special day for us. It was truly unforgettable. They are amazing and we wish them the best. We absolutely recommend staying with them ❤️

Wow Wow Wow!!! The view and grounds are amazing! The beds are all very comfortable and the linens are super soft. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware which made dinners easy. Plenty of seating and tables for all 8 of us. Bathrooms are updated with all of the amenities. The outdoor area was our favorite. They have many outdoor option’s when it comes to seating. Couches, lounges, chairs, beautiful large grass area, not to mention the kayaks, paddle boards and tubes. Steve and Sachie’s place is conveniently located to many of the surrounding cities. Our favorite restaurant was a very short drive and so delicious. Twelve 28 Kitchen will not disappoint. I have to end this review with Wow the view is amazing from this home. Big and interesting house! Lovely deers around!

This place was as described! Very relaxing getaway! He is a responsive host, which was helpful. Super clear instructions and would not hesitate to come back again in the future. It was a nice getaway, close to some fun bilking trails and good eatery spots in town!

Jess’ place was both incredibly well designed and cozy at the same time. It was immaculately clean, had a well stocked kitchen and was a perfect distance to the main drag in town. In addition, Jess was the most responsive and flexible host - answering all our many questions and asks for local recommendations (we were staying with a big family and kids over Christmas). Would 100% stay here again!

This was the second visit for our friends who stayed here. They loved it just as much as the last time. They enjoyed the location and being able to walk to downtown Grass Valley. The space was perfect for them.

Beautiful home and location. Very comfortable and peaceful. The house is well appointed and the decor is lovely. Hosts were quick to respond to messages. The house was clean but the cleaners weren’t overly thorough. Being that it’s a dog friendly space, we did find quite a bit of dog hair, mostly on the spare linens that we were able to wash. Not a huge deal and didn’t affect our stay but something to be aware of. Would definitely stay again! My niece loved every inch of the place and was taking notes of details for her ‘dream house’ when she grows up :)
