It is walking distance to downtown Grass Valley, and Empire Mine state park offering miles of hiking/biking/riding trails is literally just across the street. The great room has the most comfy conversation friendly couch ever! The large flat screen Smart TV is perfect for movie nights or accessing your own favorite viewing platforms. Great wifi! Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.
