Christina’s place is very welcoming and clean and is exactly as pictured. Felt like home to me. Perfectly quiet and peaceful neighborhood. She was very responsive for any questions that I had during my stay. Her place is three blocks away from my son, his wife and my new granddaughter. I look forward to staying again for my next visit to Miami. Thanks a bunch🦋

Location is great! House (and heated pool) is great! Communication was perfect. Ralph was the best host and made sure we were more than taken care of with extra gifts from the start. We can’t thank him enough for the trip.

The stay was great! The apartment was as described just like the photos and restaurants are close by. Reese and Kay were very helpful and accommodating. I requested balloon decorations for my husband's birthday and they were willing to accommodate me and blew it out the park! They also added a special treat of homemade mango ice cream. I would definitely stay again.

I absolutely loved everything about this home and so did my family. The kids was inlove with the outside pool area it was very lovable and comfortable the hot tub was everyone’s favorite. The neighborhood was beautiful, the backyard view of the lake was a lovely scenery. I loved this home 10/10 highly RECOMMEND

The property came as described. Very quiet, peaceful, and private area. A quick 5-10 min walk to the beach and a 15 min walk to the Pier and restaurant area. The property was clean and provided all the necessary items. I would definitely consider returning in the future.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this home. The pool was fantastic, and the space was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The only challenges we encountered were the lack of a railing for pool entry, which made it difficult for my parents, and the surrounding noise in the area. The house also seemed to be near a workshop or yard work area, and there were a lot of dogs barking. While it didn’t bother me, it was bothersome to some in our group. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing stay, and we truly enjoyed our time here.

Everything was amazing Hosts were amazing. They truly accommodated us with our early arrival. This house was absolutely immaculate. When you walk in, you can actually smell how clean the entire house is. I saw reviews that others had issues with the construction going on. We had no issues with noise. If you are outside on the pool having a good time, you don’t even know they are there and the house is pretty much sound proof, so you do not hear them while you are inside. I would definitely want to go back. Thank you both for your amazing house

This place was perfect for a weekend getaway. Quick two minute walk to the beach, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. No need for an alarm clock, a little rooster will make his rounds at 7:00am!

We appreciated the owners' thoughtfulness in providing these amenities: *beach chairs, umbrella and towels for our beach days *a welcome binder with many recommendations of delightful restaurants, activities and other resources *wifi without interruptions *soft closing cabinets for the one still asleep * laundry supplies & machines to extend our wardrobe *back of the property unit so no road noise *quiet patio for morning coffee *lots of paperbacks and games *cleanliness of everything We highly recommend this property when in the Ft Lauderdale area.

My boyfriend and I are locals and we wanted a place to stay and watch the sunrise by the beach. Experience was perfect for us, location is walking distance to the beach, apartment looked exactly like in the pictures, bed was super comfy and location overall was in a perfect spot for parking. Definitely 10/10, we will be booking this apartment again and officially stared as a favorite.

We had a great stay at this home. The pool was the hot spot for my kiddos to play in. I loved the view of the canal right from our window. The beach was about a 10 minute walk as well.

Kevin’s place was absolutely perfect for our family. Clean, cozy, quiet - the kids loved the pool which was clean and heated. It’s really close to the beach too! Kevin was very responsive and a saving grace to us since we had originally booked a different location and that turned out to be a bit of a nightmare. We booked Kevin’s place and were able to get in the same day - we already are making plans to come back next year!

Excellent choix pour nos 4 jours en famille. Il y avait vraiment tout le nécessaire sur place (au-delà de mes attentes) pour profiter de la place: chaises pliantes, jouets de sable, body board, glacière, etc.. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. Il était dans un complexe locatif. Le site lui-même était aussi bien entretenu. Nous avions accès direct à piscine et plage. L'hôte était très réactif et ne nous a demandé aucune tâche particulière pour le départ, nous informant que l'équipe de ménage faisait tout!

We had a wonderful stay at Zees place . The view is to die for sitting in the balcony for hours was a delight . The condo is very well equipped with everything you need . Beds are very comfortable . Huge bed in the master bedroom . The beach chairs and brolly were an amazing addition and served us well most days . The condo is well placed to the boardwalk and restaurants and having a huge Walmart within minutes walking was a lifesaver . We had an amazing week here as a family making memories and will be back . Zee was fantastic to deal with and very responsive checking in on us throughout the week

My family and I had a great time! The pool and outdoor space is absolutely beautiful. The inside is open and spacious and great for a family. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend staying here to others!

The greatest family vacations ever, beautiful private pool, stylish pretty home. All from my family can only say "thank you Jane so much" and we hope we will be able to return soon.

Initially I was skeptical knowing it was an older motel back in the day BUT for 1-2 people who will be out and about most of the day THIS is PERFECT! All amenities as stated. Walk to restaurants one block/ across the street. Relatively quiet for where it is located. Todd and Cecile responded promptly when I asked questions and she let me check out an hour later with no problem. It was great!

Das Geschirr in der Küche war leider nicht so sauber, aber sonst war alles super. Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben, Kommunikation super freundlich und schnell. Lage nicht zu übertreffen. Würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren und dort übernachten und es nur jedem empfehlen

O espaço é maravilhoso. Fomos muito bem recebidos já com alguns lanchinhos e frutas. O lugar estava extremamente limpo e muito bem equipado. Deixaram um berço e uma cadeirinha de amamentação para a nossa bebê. Tem lavanderia no prédio o que facilitou muito. Amamos a localização, pois além de ser um lugar tranquilo e silencioso, fica a 2 quadras da principal avenida de Miami Beach. Fizemos tudo a pé. Leonardo foi sempre solicito e nos ajudou em tudo o que tínhamos de duvidas. Com certeza é um espaço 5 estrelas. Certamente voltaremos e ficaremos hospedados novamente.

We always enjoy staying at Miranda’s place. It is not fancy but has all the basics that we need. The location is perfect, it is quiet and pool is beautiful. Bed in master is super comfortable. Furniture in living room very comfortable compared to many places we have stayed. Great AC. 3 single beds in extra room great for kids. No tvs in master bedroom but that does not bother us. Just an FYI.
