Definitely a 5 star experience. The home was nicely appointed with very comfortable furnishings inside and out. Beautiful yard with long direct view of the water. There is a plush outdoor furniture set, a cool teak hut with bar and a huge comfortable dining table. The hot tube was awesome and the guest is able to turn it on and off. No time limits like some other places. Mo was very responsive and an excellent host.

I and my colleague stayed at Felix's home and the place had everything we needed. Felix is a very friendly, service oriented host and whenever we needed anything he was always quick to respond. His home is in a good neighborhood, residential and quiet. There was parking and everything that we needed. I would recommend this place to others and look forward to staying here again.

I had an amazing stay at Dean’s Apartment in North Beach! The place was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, with great local spots for food and coffee nearby. Dean was a responsive and thoughtful host, making check-in and communication super easy. I especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood vibe while still being close to all the fun Miami has to offer. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy the best of North Beach!

Alejandra’s home is a complete gem! Beautifully decorated and well maintained. Check in was quick and easy and she communicated all requirements. I’m grateful to have found this home and she was so willing to accommodate me and my family on such short notice. I look forward to staying her time and time again!

What a life saver. Sorry I took to long to write dude. Guy went out his way to drive me 45 min to Fort Lauderdale airport because I lost my phone in the Lyft. Great stay btw and affordable for my taste. Gracias

I really enjoyed my stay. Check in was easy. Henry greeted me and showed me around. Henry was very hospitable. The room was nice and very comfortable. Lots of shops and restaurants very close and convenient. I would definitely recommend his place.

Gabriel's place is a gem! 💎 Right on the beach, lots of resort -style amenities. Very clean, spacious unit. Well equipped. Best option for a family of 3 in the area. Gabriel was very responsive and gave clear instructions on how to make everything go smoothly. We'd be happy to stay here again!

We had an amazing time during our stay here. The house was so clean and beautiful. The backyard is like a little oasis. It’s centrally located so we didn’t have to uber more than 10 minutes for anything! David was EXTREMELY responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property and would stay here again!

Gabriel’s place is a gem. It is situated at a prime spot in Miami Beach. The view of the beach from the room is spectacular. There is a trolley stop right in front of the building. Free parking is a big plus. The unit is well-equipped with essentials as well as for leisure like beach chairs and tennis rackets. He is a very responsive host. We definitely recommend this place!

Great place, very quiet neighborhood. With a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is no wifi so be sure to bring a hotspot.

Wonderful apartment in the center of Miami Beach. Fully corresponds to the description, convenient location, caring owner. The price corresponds to the quality. We stayed for several days, happy with the stay.

Carlos’ condo is a great place to stay. All you need in a condo. Plenty of things to cook with and two great TVs. Beds are firm. Highly recommended

Sandra was a very friendly and flexible person with our schedules. He always responded when we consulted him. The apartment is very well equipped. It has beach towels and towels for the apartment, things for the beach, equipped kitchen, everything very well. The building is a bit old, but within the apartment the environments are very spacious. And it's close to the beach.

We had a great time in this apartment right on the center of Brickell. They were very accommodating of our arrival time to check us in and kept messaging to make sure we were well and comfortable. The apartment was very clean with an amazing view and the beds were very comfortable!
