Apt was clean, and was all that we needed for our 6 week stay. Yes very responsive answering questions. This was our 4th stay at this facility and all staff were very gracious.

My fiance and i found exactly what we needed, a nature focused getaway. The house is filled with handmade wood craftsmanship, clean and cozy furniture and sheets, as well as books and maps to guide us in our journey here. Thank you Janice and mark for sharing your comfy cottage with us. 🙏🏼 Looking forward to more stays with this host 💯

Great location!!! Everything we needed was within a mile or two walk! Tons of restaurants, gelato shops and stores nearby. Very close to the beach-- was only a few minutes walk away. Loved the walking pathway next to the beach. Leroy was a very responsive host and if we had any issues, he responded right away and resolved the issue! Cute airbnb--very art deco! Slept 5 people very comfortably. Definitely could sleep 7 adults comfortably. Definitely recommend this location!

Jack’s house was beautiful clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent so close to the beach and restaurants. Jack was friendly and helpful. This was the best experience. I would recommend this house 100%.

Great stay - Steve was very responsive when I had questions, the amenities in the hotel were amazing, and the unit was exactly as pictured!

Nice place. We loved the hot tub on the roof and being just a few blocks away from the beach and Ocean Avenue. Host was very responsive and available on the app and phone to help resolve any issues.

Me and my partner enjoyed our stay. Juan was extremely flexible and allowed us to check in about 2 hours early once the place was ready. This was the first time we’ve ever met a host in person, he met me and my partner in the lobby to give us clear instructions In person and to show us how to utilize the key for the apartment. He gave my and my partner a quick tour of the apartment and showed us where the clean towels were, trash bin, kitchen utensils, etc. He even let us glance on the balcony and pointed out some dope restaurants! I would absolutely stay here again because everything was walking distance for the most part or extremely close such as bayside market place, Wynwood, etc! It’s super easy to catch an uber or Lyft right in front of the condo. If you are thinking about renting a car just note that parking can be a little expensive but we only rented a car for one day. The apartment was spotless, the laundry was easy to do, and we would always come back! Thanks Juan

Airbnb is the same in the photos! So many good restaurants near by. Pool and gym were great. Only thing is that there is ALOT of traffic on the street of the apartment and a lot of noise due to all the honking - might have been something going on this weekend. Either way, great stay and would slay there again. Food hall down the street and so many good bfast places.

I stayed with Nicole for 6 nights. Nicely decorated, central location, check-in was smooth, and communicating with Nicole was really easy. The apartment itself was quiet and I slept well. The pool is also under construction but I used the building gym, which did the job. Some really good restaurants nearby and taking the MetroMover to Brickell was also a breeze. Overall I recommend the place and would stay there again.

Cool spacious studio right in the heart of Wynwood. It could get loud outside so if you’re a light sleeper, you may have trouble sleeping but otherwise the location was perfect and within walking distance of all the cool spots in Wynwood. Having a free park spot included was a huge plus. The space was clean and lots of room to relax and also lay your stuff.
