I came to Miami with my buddy to celebrate the long weekend and this location was perfect. Our host, Chloe, was extremely friendly, responsive, and helpful. The area was convenient for ubering. We had a blast and would definitely recommend this air bnb.

Awesome Nine-Day Family Getaway! We just got back from an amazing nine-day stay at this apartment, and we had such a great time! The park right out front was perfect for our kids to run around and play. The kitchen was super handy for making family meals, and we loved having beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella ready for our beach days. The swimming pool was a total hit! It’s not heated, but honestly, it was refreshing and just what we needed in December. Our kids had a blast splashing around! Plus, having Netflix for the kids was a lifesaver during our downtime. The place was super clean and cozy, making it feel like home. We really can’t wait to come back! If you’re looking for a fun family spot, this is it!

We had a wonderful stay at Adlene’s place! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The check-in process was smooth, and communication was excellent throughout. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to cozy linens. Liza's place is comfortable enough for two people and has what it takes to spend a few days near the beach. A great advantage of this unit is that it is located on the first floor, so you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs. In addition to the convenience that the place has its own parking lot and Liza is a hostess who is always aware of what you may need.

Safe and quite area to relax and walk around after all day at South Beach.

We had a wonderful time staying here! The inside of the place is gorgeous, just as the pictures show. Carolina put a lot of thought into making our stay special. When we got there she left some yummy snacks and bottle of wine. Communicating with her was easy and she was very accommodating. We really enjoyed the view from the balcony during the morning for coffee and in the evening. The pool and beach was perfect we enjoyed going every day. You can rent chairs and an umbrella on the beach, you have to pay 25.00 for a voucher in the office in advance, then bring it to the guys who set them up. But, she also has beach chairs and an umbrella if you prefer to not rent. The grocery store and Walmart are walking distance but we took Ubers everywhere we went. We especially enjoyed the Hollywood broadwalk, rented bikes, lots of restaurants, live music at night on the weekends. It was a fun vacation with my friend and 10 year old daughter. I can’t wait to go back, I wasn’t ready to leave!

We had a great time at Robert’s place and would give more stars if we could! Everything that we could possibly need was in the apartment- fully stocked kitchen, linens, blankets, towels… you name it! The Murphy bed transforms the apartment to be comfortable for sleep but also plenty of space for the day. We will definitely stay here in future trips!

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

The unit is clean, comfortable and well designed. The location is ideal. Steps to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. I have stayed a different buildings nearby over the years and this building is my favourite so far. In my view, the building is well maintained and well managed.

We really enjoyed this house. I can say that it was the easiest check in we have ever had. We were really surprised when we entered the house, it already looked beautiful in the listing, but it is much more beautiful than it looks. It is in a perfect location right on the corner by the canal. It is very pleasant to watch the boats in the evenings. Actually, we are used to staying in much bigger and luxurious houses, but this place gave us a lot of pleasure. The house is spotless and very spacious. The bed is very comfortable; everything you need has been thought of and put in. This is the first time I have stayed in Brampton Parks houses but it is obviously a very visionary and high quality management company. They are very helpful and caring. I would definitely recommend it and if I can find availability when I go to Deerfield Beach, I will definitely stay again.

I loved the apartment, it was just like the photos. The building is very safe and I was surprised that it is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the beach, gym and pool. Everything was wonderful and we never had problems. We'll be back, no doubt!

This spot was just the serenity we needed for a little staycation! The property is beautiful and peaceful. Perfect for lounging at the pool or hot tub and easily walkable to the beach and options in Pompano. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Beautiful sunny wrap-around deck, flexible check-in&out, big comfy bed, incredible rooftop and building amenities, coffee shop in the building, close by to everything you need (restaurants, parks, etc.) .. made my first visit to Miami absolutely perfect, wished I could've stayed longer!

Patrick was a very gracious and responsive host. The apartment was as pictured. Everything was easy and great. Would stay again.

The condo was a delight. Impeccably clean, great location and with all the amenities. The king bed was luxurious and the condo was very modern and comfortable. I couldn't figure out the Sling TV so I had to watch the Super Bowl on my laptop unfortunately. Other than that, the condo was wonderful and I would definitely stay again.
