My stay was excellent. The apartment is in a great location, just a short walk from the beach, in a beautiful and peaceful area. It’s comfortable, modern, and fully equipped — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again.

Excellent spot in a place that is easy to access. Some walkable stores close by, including a Starbucks a few steps away. The apartment is smaller but clean, well thought out and as seen in the pictures. Definitely recommend for value, peacefulness and accessible to getting around. Me and my two boys had a great time here for a few days.

Liza's place is comfortable enough for two people and has what it takes to spend a few days near the beach. A great advantage of this unit is that it is located on the first floor, so you don't have to carry your luggage upstairs. In addition to the convenience that the place has its own parking lot and Liza is a hostess who is always aware of what you may need.

I want to sincerely thank you for a wonderful stay at this house. We lived across the street from the beach. The house had everything we needed for a great stay: umbrellas from the sun, wonderful chairs on which we could lie on the ocean shore. The warm pool and a wonderful cool area with a sofa outside was a great place to relax and read a book. We often had lunch outside too! It was a wonderful stay and we appreciate Kevin being so responsive and a great host. Thank you, Kevin! I recommend this wonderful place to everyone.

The apartment was as described, clean and comfortable and Diego was a great host. Great location near the beach and also easy to reach Miami and surroundings. Amenities were great, we enjoyed the beautiful pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Bright large rooms and balcony with lovely views of pool and ocean. Well stocked kitchen and baths. 2 beach chairs and umbrella each day on beach provided; additional chairs in unit. Access to 2 pools. Short Circuit ride or lovely walk to Broadwalk with many meal choices. Bike rental available. Free live music at the Hollywood Bandshell W-F as well as other small venues. Really fun vibe!

Everything was very good, Vanesa was very kind and always attentive to questions The place was just as expected Maybe it's a bit expensive for being on the third floor without an ocean view, but well, it's what was available

Great place! Clean, amazing location! Walk out the apartment, take the elevator to the lobby, walk 100ft and you are at the pool. Salt water pool at the perfect temperature. Walk another 100ft and you are on the beach! Balcony looks over the pool area and the beach. 10th story so pretty quiet. The only negative was the people on nearby balcony were heavy smokers of cigarettes and weed, and we had to retreat inside a few times. We’ll definitely be back.

I cannot say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. Everything was spotless clean. The host was extremely friendly and very responsive. The location is ideal. Walkable to the beach and all the local restaurants and shops. I only wish they had two bedrooms two bathrooms

My family and I stayed at this penthouse unit in April 2025. We loved the place! Views and balcony were amazing. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was really nice. The location was very central and walkable to many things, including the Bayside Mall, Thriller Boat Ride and the big Ferris Wheel. Host was communicative. We would definitely stay here again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful two-bedroom, two-bath condo in the Brickell neighborhood. The space was clean, modern, and looked as pictured—perfect for a comfortable stay in Miami. Both bedrooms were spacious, and having two full bathrooms made it super convenient for our family. The highlight was definitely the views—the windows gave us stunning panoramas of both the city and the water. The location was ideal, with tons of great restaurants, shops, and cafes within walking distance, plus easy access to Whole Foods. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, centrally located spot in Miami.

The view is amazing and the AKA hotel ambience is beautiful . Close to the night life . we loved it

Great place. Great stay. Everything you need. Communication between owner and property manager was a little confusing but host was let us leave our bags in the apt before it was finished being cleaned (and it was ready before expected). Check out was easy and we were able to get a late check out. Building was very busy. Elevators were a bit slow. But all in all a great stay - would stay again!
