Excellent hosts! The house is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. It has a fantastic layout inside, with a beautiful and relaxing view of the water.

Javier was great to work with. He was very responsive to requests and quick to reply. He came by to help me with something in the garage and gave me a brief walk through of things while there. The house was very nice, clean, comfortable and the AC worked great. Beds were comfy, TV's and fans in the two larger bedrooms. The back yard was great to relax and play with the dog. We crated our dog when not at the house, but the dog door was a nice added touch that allowed ours to go in and out as she pleased when we were at the house. We brought an air fryer with us, however, the kitchen had one when we arrived. For our activities, the location was perfect between where our Daughter was staying with her team and the Orange County Convention Center. Walmart is right around the corner and Publix across the street. Wawa convenience store right down the street with excellent Blueberry Cobbler Coffee. We had a great stay.

Our stay at this beautiful house in Marco Island was simply perfect. The house is spacious, cozy, and tastefully decorated. Everything was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. The highlight of the place was definitely the private pool — we spent hours enjoying the sun and the peaceful atmosphere. The location was also excellent, close to the beach and great places to eat. The host was very kind and always attentive. We left wishing we could’ve stayed longer. We’ll definitely be back without a doubt!

Beautiful, peaceful, and relaxing home with a fantastic pool. Very spacious and modern and conveniently located near restaurants and stores. And not too far from major attractions such as Aquatica water park and airports. I highly recommend this house for a family vacation!

Rhonda’s place was perfect for me and my husband. We try to visit weeki wachee once a year if we can and this spot was great. It had everything we could have needed and everything has been well thought out for guests. Plenty of towels, blankets, kitchenware, and items to use for the water. There are 4 kayaks and we used them as well. The house is a quick paddle up to the main part of the river but is still very quiet and private. The sunroom is a great place to eat breakfast in the morning and hang out in the evenings. Absolutely worth the value and I would certainly recommend this house. We will be back!

it was a good place to stay but couldn't throw out trash out in the cans we had to know where else to put them but other then that they was awesome

We had a really good time at this beach house. The location was fantastic, a short walk to the beach, and the area was nice and quiet. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was easy to communicate with and made check-in simple. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we appreciated the little extras like beach chairs and towels. Overall, it was a great spot for a beach getaway. We'd definitely recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place by the water! Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The backyard felt like a tropical oasis and was even better than the pictures. We really liked that most of the backyard was wooden deck rather than concrete/tiles because we could let our small kids run around more freely. The pool was just perfect for kids but us adults enjoyed it as well! The inside was cozy and just spacious enough for our group of 4 adults & 2 kids. We spent a lot of time in the sunken living room looking out onto the backyard. Washrooms were clean. The street the property was on was fairly quiet. They were some pockets of the neighbourhood which were not as well-maintained. That being said, we still felt quite safe and didn’t have any safety-related issues. Overall, we would recommend this property and would love to visit again.

The place was ideal for the four of us. Local attractions were 20-25 min away (add 15 min for morning traffic). Plenty of places to eat nearby. Neighborhood was quiet. Got to see rocket launch from backyard.

Our family of 8 stayed here for one night on our way up north. We are very grateful that this family hostel still exists! This is right downtown in the historic district and so everything is very walkable. Jenny and crew make everything very hospitable with a game for the children to play when they check in, games in the tv room and pancakes made for everyone in the morning. :) Great for a family that wants to explore St Augustine.

BrizZy is a great host . House is convenient to airport and downtown . Rooms are clean and tidy as shown in pictures. Enjoyed our stay !!

Gabriel's place was ahhhhmazingggg! Witnessing the sunrise was absolutely breathtaking and made the cost completely worth it! It was nice and high up, quiet condo, squeaky clean and looked just like the photos. You are right on the water (ocean view).. and the way the moonlight bounced off the ocean floor made all of my pictures look like they came right out of a catalog! I would completely book this place over and over again!! :) Gabriel was so kind and made the check in process super smooth. Keep up the great work Gabriel! It was a pleasure! 🙏🏼

Eric's little cottage was cozy. we loved that it was set back into a quiet location. it also had a dock that you can fish on. Chonchy Jo's is down the road that serves excellent food and live music.

Great value for size. 4th floor is lowest floor in the tower, so you cannot see the beach but you can see the ocean. Pictures looked dark but plenty of light throughout. Nice furnishings and thoughtful layout. Bathroom backs the lift, but most of the time it is very quiet. We went during Spring Break expecting some noise. Lobby was bustling but it was quiet on our floor. Don’t miss the restaurant. Prices are reasonable and the food was better than the ratings let on. Kitchen not very stocked but there is a convenience store downstairs. Free Trolly out-front for all of Miami Beach. Valet service got behind with all the guests, so give them about 20 minutes while busy. You can call ahead, but dropping off after a night out will take some patience. Great value on Mid-Beach.

Stay two nights... I have visited St. Augustine many times... so glad to have discovered this hidden pirate treasure! Will definitely be back on my next visit to the ancient city! PS. extra thanks to Jesse!

My mother died and her funeral was Easter Weekend. My daughters and I needed a place that would fit us all and cozy enough to stay around. The pool was gorgeous and clean and the house had so much room. Lots of essentials we needed to cook with. We loved staying there as sad as the occasion was and felt right at home. We would stay there again.

Very well located and very cozy house. Supermarket and nearby restaurants. Sterling was very kind, it quickly answered a problem that we had with the Internet and allowed us to anticipate the time of entry and exit of the property for a few hours. I recommend

This was our third stay at Avi’s. Beautiful, peaceful location and spacious condo. Beaches, restaurants and activities are all close by. Avi is proactive in communication and quick to respond if there is an issue. Love this place!

This is a great location close to everything you can walk, bike or ride to anything you want in 10 minutes. You may find yourself wanting to just stayat the resort. EdgeWater has always been a family favorite and continues to be today.

We had a great time at the accommodation, the apartment was very nice and the host was very friendly. We had a great time. 100% RECOMMENDED

This place is very spacious and extremely close to Disney World! It’s well stocked with things you need for your stay. When we contacted the owner about a couple of things that needed to be fixed, they were done so very quickly. The only complaint I would have to have is that maintenance will come into your rental while you are not there and the pool cleaners entered the back patio without making anyone aware. My daughters were outside and it felt a little uncomfortable. Other than that we really enjoyed this house and we would rent from Adriana again when we come back.

Carlos’ condo is a great place to stay. All you need in a condo. Plenty of things to cook with and two great TVs. Beds are firm. Highly recommended

The condo was wonderful. The views were breathtaking. It was very close to AMI and the other beaches. The condo was absolutely pristine. It was set up just like the photos. Plenty of space for 4-5 people. Checkin/out was very easy. Anchor Down provided clear instructions. Everything was pretty much as advertised and efficient. The only drawback was their communication. We had a couple of very minor issues. We called during the weekend and got no response. Unless you communicate during business hours, they’re hard to get a hold of. Other than that, A1 condo.

Excellent trip!! Karen was amazing with all the info she provided. We never needed to ask anything because she somehow knew what we needed!! The communication was spot on! The view from her condo is 100% perfect. I don’t think I have the words to describe just how amazing the whole place was. Clean, well decorated, stocked with just what we needed. Will totally stay again!! 10/10 recommend!!
