Vacation rentals with beach access in Houston

This apartment was central to both NASA and the boardwalk. Didn’t take us more than 15 min to get anywhere we wanted to go. But I do think it’s misleading to say this unit is waterfront. You can’t see the water and have to walk past at least 40 other apartments to get to the water. Yes it’s NEAR the water but if you want to be waterfront this is not the unit for you. We had come from two other truly water front Airbnb’s before this one so was bummed about that. The apartment is older and it’s on a super busy road (the tv had to be on blaring to hear over the road noise) but we didn’t struggle sleeping so that’s good. It rained the whole time we were there and still had plenty to do in the area. We did indoor pickle ball, bowling & batting cages. I think for an inexpensive NEAR water apartment this is a good choice. But if you want ON water don’t book this unit. Host was super responsive and allowed an early check in which we appreciated a lot!

I have stayed at an apartment hosted by Comfortable Living Rentals on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. The host is very responsive, the apartments are very well represented in the pictures posted, and the Post Oak Park Drive location is excellent.

I was so very thankful for David and Val. They accounted and communicated wonderfully making the stay comfortable, easy and worry free!! It was so clean with everything you could need, and felt Very safe and close to everything. This trip was a huge success and David and Val were such wonderful part of making that possible!! Hoping for another opportunity to stay again!!

Landon and the team are phenomenal. They are knowledgeable, responsive and welcoming. The place is extremely nice, exceptionally clean & even included cookware to use. It is spacious and our family has absolutely loved it. Thank you to Landon and wonderful team!

Nice independent unit. Walkable to restaurants. Sam was an excellent host and always available. Would certainly consider for next visit as well.

Mitzi is super host! From the easy booking, to the baked cookies welcoming us at the door, to the nearby restaurant suggestions, to the easy checkout…the entire stay was amazing! Amenities exceeded expectations…very clean space and gorgeous views! Absolutely must experience…will definitely be back again!

Sandra was a great host! Great response times. Place was spotless & we had everything that we needed from pots pans utensils linen bath towels etc. If I need to again definitely will book Sandra!

House was extremely well stocked and beautiful interior. We did have some Wi-Fi issues, but the hosts were extremely helpful. We would definitely return.

We arrived just a little before 4 o’clock and waited till about 4:30 for the housekeeper to finish. In all fairness to her, the previous guest left the kitchen filthy from frying something in the house. They even left clothes in the washing machine, asking the Housekeeper to dry them and then wanted her to mail the clothes to them. I grew up in Galveston County and one of my wife told me about this location. I was a little bit skeptical however it was private and well maintained. We enjoyed ourselves and I’ve already told Paul we would consider going back. I realize that we are not into the summer just yet and the sun in heat play a lot to factor in with the pool and hot tub. I just found the hot tub to be a little cool but that is my only issue may have been OK with other folks. I just would’ve liked it a little warmer.

Laura’s home was great. We had 3 families and had plenty of room and some extra beds we didn’t use. It was about a 25 minute drive to the cruise port. She also provided cold bottled water and that was a nice touch.

This house is beautiful and well maintained. My favorite room is the air-conditioned sun porch. it was a relaxing place to sit and read. When the others in our group arrived we enjoyed sitting there talking. Living room is comfy. Wifi was great. We never even turned on the TV, we were to busy enjoying all being together. Kitchen is well stocked and large enough for several people to move around in. Bedrooms have comfortable bedding and mattress. Not a host issue just out there for information. Beds are all very tall, for most this would not be an issue I struggled due to back, knee, and hip issues. Grandkid loved the bunk bed. We enjoyed the location and selected it because it was close to the water and several of our favorite places. Check out the shops & Restaurants on Main Street. My favorite is El Ranchero. 1st Saturday each month is the vendor event on Main St. 5 Points Park when all lit up at night is beautiful. It's kind of retro neon, think Radiator Springs from Cars.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The host, Huyen, was incredibly accommodating and very responsive throughout our visit. It was the perfect place to get away and relax. A solid 10 out of 10 — I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to anyone planning a trip to the area!

Melissa was very accomodating, set out snacks, gave us great breakfast recommendation, house very clean, comfortable, and homey. Everything worked and perfect for over night with friends. Concert at local Jackies Brickhouse was awesome, recommend the sirloin kabobs.

This was a great house within walking distance of the beach and a playground. The house was extremely clean and perfect for our large group - 4 adults, 1 toddler, and 2 babies. The provided pack and play helped our won packing space. The beds were also very comfortable, and the AC worked great in this June Texas heat.

I stayed about a month for work, this is by far the best air bnb I have ever stayed at! Mike and mistie were very responsive and very helpful for any issues or questions we ran into! Would absolutely love to come back again!

Very nice Condo and close to Galveston and Houston for a fun filled time.

Ty was a great host. Her communication was very prompt and she made the check-in process very easy. The apartment was clean, well kept, and the bed was very comfortable. If you are looking for a place to stay in this area, I would consider this listing.
