Townhome vacation rentals in Hilton Head Island

The townhouse was spotless and extremely close to pool. Beach was a short distance to walk. Kitchen well stocked with any needed supplies. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute villa. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet, convenient, and the grounds are lovely. This is a great area for walking and biking. Or, if you prefer, drive about two minutes to Coligny public beach parking lot and nearby shops.

Very nice place, clean, updated, and very pretty. It was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. The parking is a little tight, our group had a full size truck and an SUV so it was a little tricky, but we made it work just fine. Being beside the highway was obviously noisy, but we were within walking distance of shops, a restaurant and a coffee place so it made it worth it. Master bed was super comfortable! Overall, I would stay here again. 9/10

This unit was very well stocked and that was appreciated. Plenty of towels, linens and beach towels were provided. The location of the villa exceeded our expectations with restaurants, shopping and the beach in very close proximity. We loved the living space furniture for our comfort.

Great location in Sea Pines. Easy 1/2 mile walk to the beach or you can hop on the complimentary trolley just a few steps away from the building. The condo was very clean and had great living space - we especially loved the screened in porch and nice selection of board games and puzzles. Anne was a wonderful host and very responsive. We loved that this unit was pet friendly too. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved the place itself and location. Loved walking home from the beach and enjoying time by the pool or on the patio.

A very nicely appointed home close to the beach and of course all the amenities that Seapines has to offer. We loved our stay !! Looking forward to returning soon!!

Great place and close to the beach. Only issue was the pool was still closed (Feb Visit), but no the host’s fault.

Perfect location, near shopping and restaurants. Townhouse was clean, and larger then I anticipated. I would rent this unit again! Has a private beach for the neighborhood.

This Tybee town home was cozy. It was walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and small souvenir shops which was really nice. As a heads up- the water seems to be on the bay side making the water appear murky. There were jellyfish washed up everywhere making it hard to walk on the beach. Overall, the home itself was really nice and I would recommend.

Great location, .5 miles to N. Beach and about 2.5 miles to downtown Tybee and a more populated beach. Great to bike to many locations and the quaintest shops, Tybean Coffe and a lively, affordable and delicious pizza restaurant!

The Heart of Bluffton was a great stay! Super convenient for a wedding weekend in town. The place is surrounded by the restaurants and shops on the promenade. The area has very relaxed vibes and a lot of nice places to walk to.

Well absolutely loved Susan’s place. The unit looks better than the pictures with spacious rooms. Susan provided detailed and helpful instructions for check in and finding the unit. This is a peaceful and quiet area of Sea Pines. Quick bike ride or walk to the Shoppes for breakfast and about 7 minutes from harbor town. We would definitely stay again!

We love old town Bluffton and this place is right in the heart of it all. I wish all places had this walkability to so much. Had everything in the house we needed, even had trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods…all the extras u have to buy when staying somewhere else. Hosts were very easy to work with, proactive, helpful. We arrived at night and had a little bit of a hard time finding the location, so we messaged them and within 5mins they had called me to walk us through finding it. SO nice. Place is clean and tidy. Stairs gave me a good workout thru the week. Not controllable things like early morning lawn care and leaf blowers along with loud cars at night were a touch annoying but nothing we didn’t adapt to. Thanks for the great stay!! Will be back!

Anthony and Calynn were awesome hosts!! The space was very comfortable to stay in, and the pickleball court in the back is great! Would 110% recommend!

Great location and exactly as presented. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone. We made our reservation at the last minute on day of arrival. Host was super responsive, helpful and well organized. Check in and checkout and access to the unit were all a breeze. We had a great time and enjoyed a hassle free quick get away with friends.

This place was perfect for us. Excellent location, walking distance to everything in downtown Bluffton. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you could need. The bedrooms were very well-appointed and even nicer than the photos. We had a small issue with the door code upon check-in, but Jeffrey was very accessible and helpful so it was resolved quickly. We would definitely recommend this place to friends and hope to stay there again when we visit Bluffton.

Host was very responsive and proactive at times. The home was very clean and well decorated. Our families really enjoyed the atmosphere presented and had a great night of family games on the dining room table. The featured brand-new appliances and modern features and the neighbors were wonderful. Great area and fit the needs for our weekend. Thank you, Susan and Levi, for a great property allowing are family to feel safe and comfortable! Will certainly reach out on our trip for next year!

Rob’s place was great. Super convenient walk to the beach. Nice set up inside, super clean, and he was proactive with instructions and info for us. Any questions we had were quickly answered. Would stay again if we are back in the area!

This was our second stay at Sue’s condo and it was just as lovely as the first time. The layout of the condo is great, the location on the Promenade of Old Town Bluffton is perfect for getting out and walking to meals or shopping or down to the river and the park, and the condo is spotlessly clean. Sue was the perfect host. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything about our stay far exceeded our expectations. The condo was immaculate and well organized. It was evident from the time we opened the door that Shari had spent a lot of time anticipating the needs of her guests. The extra amenities such as bath soap/shampoo, dishwashing/laundry detergent, a Keurig coffee maker w/pods, beach towels/chairs, games/puzzles/books, even a helpful notebook about the island with maps and information about restaurants, shopping, and activities. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend this unit and we look forward to returning.

We had a great stay! Holly's place was very clean and had everything you could need! The beach is a good 10 minute walk so it does sit a bit farther back than other place we've stayed.
