Townhome vacation rentals in Hilton Head Island

The townhouse was spotless and extremely close to pool. Beach was a short distance to walk. Kitchen well stocked with any needed supplies. Would highly recommend to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay in this cute villa. We had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet, convenient, and the grounds are lovely. This is a great area for walking and biking. Or, if you prefer, drive about two minutes to Coligny public beach parking lot and nearby shops.

Unit was as advertised. Everything worked fine. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. The people from Beachside were friendly and very accommodating.

Very nice place, clean, updated, and very pretty. It was stocked with everything we needed and then some. The walk to the beach was not bad at all. The parking is a little tight, our group had a full size truck and an SUV so it was a little tricky, but we made it work just fine. Being beside the highway was obviously noisy, but we were within walking distance of shops, a restaurant and a coffee place so it made it worth it. Master bed was super comfortable! Overall, I would stay here again. 9/10

Great location in Sea Pines. Easy 1/2 mile walk to the beach or you can hop on the complimentary trolley just a few steps away from the building. The condo was very clean and had great living space - we especially loved the screened in porch and nice selection of board games and puzzles. Anne was a wonderful host and very responsive. We loved that this unit was pet friendly too. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved the place itself and location. Loved walking home from the beach and enjoying time by the pool or on the patio.

Excellent space for our golf trip, spotlessly clean and great location. Host was super communicative and very helpful.

Our stay was wonderful with no complaints. The rooms were beautiful and cleaned to a hotel standard. Each room came with a box fan which was a great accommodation. We felt safe and comfortable and had an overall great stay.

Great place and really nice back patio area for relaxing. Walking distance to the Bank and a few minutes to Coligny and the beach. The place is dated which you see in a couple places (thermostat duck taped to the wall) but still nice and upgraded in key places like the kitchen and living room. A lot more spacious than we expected as well. Would stay here again.

This condo was exactly what we expected! Loved the courtyard pool right out our back door. 5 minute walk to the beach. Family loved it!

Great place and close to the beach. Only issue was the pool was still closed (Feb Visit), but no the host’s fault.

The pictures don’t show how great this place is. Close to restaurants, beach and shopping. Very clean and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Very quiet and peaceful community. The home is decorated nicely. I would definitely recommend and rent again.

The condo was clean and well stocked. The location on the island is perfect as it is centrally located making it easy to explore by bike. Walking to the beach with much equipment might be difficult. However you can easily drive and park at the Dune House. The only negative for me is the lagoon located directly in front of the deck which is home to alligators. Since I had my dog (an alligator attractor) I was on edge. With that said that is a problem on the island anywhere near a lagoon. If you have a pup never let them near the bank of a lagoon and you will be fine.

Well absolutely loved Susan’s place. The unit looks better than the pictures with spacious rooms. Susan provided detailed and helpful instructions for check in and finding the unit. This is a peaceful and quiet area of Sea Pines. Quick bike ride or walk to the Shoppes for breakfast and about 7 minutes from harbor town. We would definitely stay again!

We had a fantastic week at Tina’s. We traveled with our toddler and her place is stocked with all kinds of things that made the stay so convenient, including a crib, eating utensils and chair, and plenty of toys. The unit is about a 5-10 minute walk to the gorgeous beach which was also very convenient. The location on the island is perfect - hidden away from traffic, yet so close to everything. Some elements of the unit are a bit dated, but everything was clean and comfortable. Tina’s check-in and check-out instructions were incredibly easy and she was very communicative throughout the entire process. I’d highly recommend Tina’s property to anyone looking for a memorable stay on Hilton Head Island!!

Anthony and Calynn were awesome hosts!! The space was very comfortable to stay in, and the pickleball court in the back is great! Would 110% recommend!

We had an amazing stay for a group of 4 guys staying 3 nights for a golf and beach trip. You can't ask for a better location near Coligny, the beach is walkable, and Rob provided all of the amenities you could expect (and then some) from a high-quality beach vacation rental. We'd definitely stay here again.

Host was very responsive and proactive at times. The home was very clean and well decorated. Our families really enjoyed the atmosphere presented and had a great night of family games on the dining room table. The featured brand-new appliances and modern features and the neighbors were wonderful. Great area and fit the needs for our weekend. Thank you, Susan and Levi, for a great property allowing are family to feel safe and comfortable! Will certainly reach out on our trip for next year!

We really enjoyed our stay! Larissa has thought of everything and her place was amazing.

This was our second stay at Sue’s condo and it was just as lovely as the first time. The layout of the condo is great, the location on the Promenade of Old Town Bluffton is perfect for getting out and walking to meals or shopping or down to the river and the park, and the condo is spotlessly clean. Sue was the perfect host. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything about our stay far exceeded our expectations. The condo was immaculate and well organized. It was evident from the time we opened the door that Shari had spent a lot of time anticipating the needs of her guests. The extra amenities such as bath soap/shampoo, dishwashing/laundry detergent, a Keurig coffee maker w/pods, beach towels/chairs, games/puzzles/books, even a helpful notebook about the island with maps and information about restaurants, shopping, and activities. Our stay was very relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend this unit and we look forward to returning.

Our family loved our stay at this quiet peaceful condo. Sarah was a great responsive host and her place is lovely. We loved the well stocked kitchen. Even an air fryer! We were glad to be able to go to the private beach, as the public beach was crawling with people and no parking. Everything was 5 star and we would definitely stay here again!
