Beach Haven and it's Beachfront!

My place is right on the Strand facing ocean with the most beautiful views that include dolphins, the beach and large cargo ships. Tybee Island offers family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You can walk to the local market, restaurants and downtown Tybee Island. You can see the pier from the deck and of course the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the location, the updated interior, roominess and the privacy. It is one half of a 2 duplex property. High speed wifi and 3 flatscreens

Peaceful and Sparkly Clean! Grateful Cottage

I love hosting guests at my home and the reviews say it all. King bedroom with new memory foam mattress. You have a bar fridge/ freezer for your drinks, toaster,microwave, electric tea kettle and Kuerig coffee maker. No kitchen, bathroom sink is for washing. Great back deck with umbrella. Easy 5-8 minute walk to beach, back river, grocery store, several restaurants (Ajs Dockside & Stingrays, 2 most popular) 10 minute walk to Tybrisa St & Pier. (16th St) We live on 12th. 420 & LGBTQ friendly.

Guests staying January 1-June 27 & August 6-December 31 enjoy free use of our golf cart w/ island parking pass. Value of $150+ a night. Our beach has robust marine life, incl. dolphins. Some say it feels private. This is one of the complex's few elevator units and in a bldg closest to the beach, with 2 swimming pools, kiddie pool, tennis/pickleball, and grills
