Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Guadalupe River

We spent a few days in the San Antonio area with our extended family joining us. It was a great place for all of us to stay together. The location is far enough away from the craziness of downtown San Antonio but close enough for a short drive.

My classmates and I enjoyed staying at Maria's place! The house has great character, and Maria was very responsive. We would love to stay here again.

The entire home was beautiful & the amenities were superb! Lots of things for the kids to do & they loved the pool! Highly recommend this place! He went above & beyond to make it feeling like home away from home! Couldn’t have been happier with all of it, everything was excellent!

This is a gem if you're a small family with a toddler. The location is amazing, it's close to so much, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Our son loved all the toys available, and it was great not having to pack a stroller, toddler kitchenware, or tub toys. The place itself boasts great natural light and an open layout, extending from the dining room through the kitchen and into the living room. We were very comfortable throughout our stay. Even though it’s so close to the center, it’s also a short drive to the airport, given its location in East Austin. Would definitely stay again!

This is the second year we high school friends who are pushing 80 have stayed at Jennifer’s place. Three of us come from the Austin area and the third flies in from Iowa. We love this spacious home with so many amenities like a well- appointed kitchen. This year the lovely weather let us sit out on the patio with a glass of wine and conversation. We are strongly considering a return visit next year.

Went here for a bachelor trip and the pictures do not disappoint! Plenty of room for lots of guests. Huge bar area that everyone can sit at. The backyard was the best part, a very clean pool with a nice grill to have a fun cookout with the crew. I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting San Antonio. Super close to everything near the downtown river walk area. The host is very responsive and I always felt safe while being there. Thank you Jose!

This place is an actual steal. Ashley and Nehemiah's house was beautiful. It was comfortable clean and was safe. no one walking around close enough to door dash if need be. I will definitely be back and co.e right back here. Thank you for allowing your home to be my family's home away from home.

We were in town for a friend’s graduation. This place was perfect for my husband and I. It was literally two minutes from our friends…so super convenient, charming, clean and comfortable. I would totally stay here again in the future.

Everything was easy to find and clearly labeled. The apartment was veey room and organized.

This hidden gem is perfect for a mini-getaway. It’s situated in a nice neighborhood just mins aways from downtown and the Pearl. We loved how its very secluded(what we wanted). We were able to relax for a minute in peace and quiet but then jump on the highway within minutes when needed. Joe was EVER so helpful and flexible with check-in! Ty Joe hope to stay again soon. ☺️

Very great location! Nice and quiet, and in a great neighrbood, I had my family stay here while visiting Austin and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

I rarely have to give 5 stars across the board but I need to here. Other than what you see on the site, I'll add that my friend and I liked the Shoal path heading south along the creek, kind of a nature walk. TV actually gets the news and weather and more without having to log in. Rachel throws in a few extras you don't see at many STVR's. Ride service always nearby, including 'Waymo' self-driving cars we used twice. 5+!

It was very easy to find and very nice and cozy inside. Kelvin was very responsive and made everything easy. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay! Bob and Patti were super friendly. The place was quiet, peaceful, and very clean exactly what we needed. We especially appreciated the pack and play they had for our daughter to sleep in. It made things so much easier for us. We felt very safe and comfortable the entire time. Highly recommend!

Beautiful place, incredible location, friendly host! We took our toddler to Schlitterbahn for the first time and we were so surprised at how close the unit was to the park. We were able to walk to multiple local restaurants as well as the park entrance within only 5 minutes. Host was friendly and responsive, even helping us when we left vital toiletries behind. The unit was quiet, clean, and very well stocked. Will definitely stay again when back in town.

My wife and I went to the pickle festival at the fairgrounds, and this location was perfect. Could walk to the fairgrounds and downtown is a 5 minute drive. The condo was homey, clean, and perfect for our weekend getaway. Carrie was very friendly and responsive, couldn't ask for a better host. Highly recommend.

This place was just right for what we needed. We stayed a full week and I don’t regret it. Parker was very responsive when we needed help.

This was a great place to stay for an event at the law school. Very walkable to campus, Guadalupe St, and north campus neighborhoods. The condo was clean, quiet, and well-stocked, and the host was helpful and responsive.

Lovely place to stay a few days and enjoy Austin. The house is really nice and convenient, and Stephen always keeps an eye on anything you might need.

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

Natalie is an amazing host! The best we have dealt with in all our stays. She is super responsive and even sent us a heap of local recommendations as well as finding a local place for our family to watch the NBA playoffs. Her place is so lovely with all the Texas touches. Perfect for our family. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the deer. There is an amazing heated pool and two hot tubs in the complex, right next to the river. It’s just beautiful. The location is great within walking distance to the water park and close to everything. Very safe area. Highly recommend Natalie’s place for a getaway to the river.
