Nicole was a wonderful host, very communicative. She was so kind as to bring some food home from her event that evening for me! Got me some bananas for breakfast the next morning as well which was so appreciated. The home is charming in a quiet neighborhood about a 10min ride to the French Quarter. Cute coffee shops a quick walk away. A perfect little getaway for the weekend for a solo female traveler!

The 1930's double is the entire second floor with private front and rear entrances, Living and dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, screened porch and laundry. Relax and enjoy a walk-able neighborhood after exploring the many activities of the city. I live downstairs and enjoy meeting our guests upon arrival. Restaurants, bars and markets are on St. Charles Avenue!

it's a very comfortable stay. I needed it just to sleep for 2 nights, but it was so clean and comfortable that I almost regret not spending more time relaxing in there.

Easy walking distance to restaurants and the clubs on Frenchman St. It was the perfect space to share with friends visiting from Europe on their first visit to New Orleans. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. The place truly feels like a home, not a generic rental.

I can comfortably say that I’ve never felt more at home away from home thanks to Devon! His hospitality was unmatched, his recommendations were great and getting to talk to him was phenomenal! The house was in an incredibly convenient location, just a short walk from lively areas of town that I hadn’t ever seen before. I’ve never had a host go so above and beyond to ensure my experience was fantastic and I felt so welcomed to be there. If you’re wanting the true, local New Orleans experience then there’s no better place to stay.

I was beyond pleased with my experience. Patricia was an incredible host. Communication was top notch. She was concerned about every aspect of my stay and checked in frequently. The little bungalow is ADORABLE. Close to everything! The airport, my son's home in St. Rose, and also downtown New Orleans. It was spotless, easy to access, and the neighborhood felt safe and was, most importantly for me, quiet. I was worried about staying in a hotel during Mardi Gras because of the noise. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with my stay. The value was honestly far better than staying at a hotel. I loved the peaceful outdoor space out back. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully done. Check in/out was simple and straightforward. I won't hesitate to book again for my next visit. Already planning on it. Thank you for a great stay and I'll look forward to the next one!
