The St. Charles Ave. streetcar will take you to the French Quarter and to the uptown area where you can visit Loyola or Tulane Universities and the can't miss Audubon Park (and zoo). Cost is $1.25 to ride. From there, jump on a bus to get to the other areas of the city. Free street parking is available. Bike Share station close by.
