Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Charleston

An easy walk away from King Street, in a great neighborhood with plenty of access to groceries, coffee, etc. Highly recommend hanging out on the beautiful wraparound porch...so beautiful in fact that I proposed there after our first day in Charleston. She said yes! This place will always be so special to us.

This condo was in the most perfect location!! Very safe and walking distance to and from King Street. Everyone who reached out to me from the rental company was very sweet and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and always let us know if they were on the property. The condo fit 3 people perfectly. If there was 4, there might not have been enough room for an extra suitcase. The parking spots were a little tight. If you drove anything like a Suburban or Truck, you might have a difficult time parking, but we were very thankful they worked around us having 2 cars! We did not have to walk far or pay for parking during our whole stay. I would highly recommend to anyone, especially if you’re wanting to enjoy the night life on King Street!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Important things for me are, comfortable bed, good water pressure, clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable, we had good water pressure, and the place was clean. We did not have coffee, but we survived -The beach access is nice, we enjoyed the screened porch and having a bed that faces the ocean with double doors that open made for a spectacular view. We would absolutely book this venue again. Enjoy your stay!!! RJ

We stayed here for a couple of nights for a wedding and LOVED it! Fiza gave us lots of great restaurant recommendations, helped us with parking, and even brought over a wine opener after we realized we didn't have one. She was VERY responsive and helpful the entire weekend. The house was beautiful, had everything you could need, and very clean.

The space had an excellent vibe and a cozy, homey feel. Host was so easy to work with. The unit is well equipped and every detail was anticipated- ice molds, comfy blankets for the porch, and interesting reading material. We’re already planning a future return trip!

No words can express how great this unit was or how friendly the hosts were. The river views especially at sunset were spectacular! The unit is brilliantly designed to optimize the space and we found it to be very comfortable for our extended stay. We are already counting the days down to our next visit.. Absolutely loved this spot! Waking up in the super comfy bed looking out the window to see palm trees and gas lamps was a dream. A great location. Super walkable and always felt safe! The smells from Southbound restaurant were amazing and although we did not get a chance to eat there this time we will definitely be back! Holey city bagels for breakfast and coffee was our morning routine and they had allergy options which was incredible! Overall there was great communication, everything was clean and super cozy! The robes were also an amazing touch, because lets be real who doesn't love a nice robe on vacation! Will definitely stay again and look forward to it!

We absolutely loved Casa Zoe. It was beautiful, extremely clean and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Beds were super comfortable, bathrooms were pristine and the kitchen was well-equipped and appointed. We thought the place exceeded the photos and description. Host was responsive and provided extremely helpful information. Highly recommend this property!

The place was great, quiet neighborhood, very convenient for all the things we wanted to do. It's close to the airport, so it was a snap picking up and dropping off my friends. We were visiting one of my bestie's kids who is in apprentice school for the navy, so we grabbed him for the holiday weekend, and we had a great time hanging out! We ate at great restaurants and made terrific meals at the house, as well. Everything we needed to cook was available in the kitchen. The house is pet-friendly which i am extremely appreciative of!!! Thanks for allowing us to stay! It was super comfortable and relaxing!

Great host, we are definitely coming back

Terrapin station was super clean, decorated nicely, easy to get to the beach & short walk to town. Beachy, nature vibe inside the home that was very welcoming. loved it. The bedrooms were comfortable and had a good amount of storage. The only thing I’d recommend adding is making sure there is coffee stocked along with sugar & maybe some ziplock bags & tinfoil.

Joe & Claire were great hosts, very personable. Stayed 5 nites in late April/early May. Beautiful location: decks on all levels/sides, sweeping views of marsh in back, high up views of ocean across street in front. Many perfect spots to sit depending on sun & wind. Great views of sunrise & sunset, lighthouse, etc. Furnishings comfortably accommodated gatherings for our family of 5 adults, tastefully decorated too. Kitchen well equipped, beach chairs/towels provided. Besides food/drink/personal items, can’t think of anything we wanted that wasn’t already there. We experienced one significant house utility issue that disrupted our stay, outside anyone’s control. Joe had it repaired and equitably resolved the impact to us. Location next best thing to beachfront, beach access just 100yd down road. Peacefully removed from busy central Folly Beach town area and just 5min ride to many casual restaurant/entertainment options there. Also easy 30min trip to Charleston for exploring and dinner.

The ocean front view you get with this property and the privacy of this beach is all you need for your next vacation! Elizabeth was so communicative and the house has everything you need for your next vacation to Folly Beach. We are already planning our next vacation to this beautiful property!

The stay was amazing, we felt right at home. Check in/ out was easy. All the rules were listed in the house and in the app. The house was clean and spacious and met all the needs for what we were in town for. The host was very responsive/ nice when we had questions. I would definitely book another stay at stayfunCharleston if ever back in the area.

We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely consider returning. We appreciate the cleanliness and the attention to detail that made our stay so enjoyable! This was our first pet friendly rental and we were pleasantly surprised by the lack of pet scent. The screened porch definitively heightens the experience of morning coffee and evening sunsets !

Everything was perfect! We even got to check in early! The resort has so many activities to do! The condo was perfect, pool was right behind it. Not a far walk to the beach and indoor pool was on the way! Would definitely stay here again! We had fun and loved it!

We took a winter getaway with our adult children. The location and views were great! We could walk to many shops, bars and restaurants, and did a bike ride one day. It’s About 30 minutes from downtown Charleston. We enjoyed walks on the beach each morning and the ocean view was beautiful. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. We’d highly recommend!

We’ve stayed in this complex before and it never disappoints. Dawn’s unit had a great layout and really comfy beds. We walked a ton, to the beach, to dinner, around the golf course. Even though it rained, we had a great time with a fun selection of games we hadn’t played before.

Liked the easy walk to Presley's seafood restaurant and beach access 37 for sunset walks with dolphins! Waking up with the hot tub right there was a treat. Info packet had helpful sheets like a tide chart, local dining and sights to see.

Wonderful stay, beautiful landscape, clean and quaint. Will definitely visit again!

Shellie’s place was so relaxing and peaceful. The best part is the deck, which has a lovely view of the live oaks and golf course, not other buildings. We enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings and evenings. Another great asset of this place is its privacy. It is located at the end of the lot, and we never saw or heard noise from any of the other residents. The loft is also a great feature; my teen daughter enjoyed having her own private room up there. Amenities such as the pool and mini-golf were within a very short walking distance, which was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

It was a fantastic stay of three nights. Very serene quiet area this time of year. The weather was perfect. Edisto Beach was off the beaten track but well worth the experience. Many restaurants had winter hours so were closed for dinner. A great experience.
