Beach house vacation rentals in Charleston

The location was perfect. The pool and hot tub look over the marsh and it was so quiet. Kristin was so responsive and helpful, if we needed her, which was not often. We will definitely book again. Thank you for sharing your place. It was exactly what we needed.

The house was rented specifically for a golf weekend. It was very close proximity wise to both golf courses we played. Large pool was nice to have after a hot round of golf.

It’s a beautiful, well appointed, clean and tastefully decorated home. The home is spacious with a great floor plan. We were 3 families. 6 adults and 5 children. The kids loved the pool. There were numerous pool toys to keep them entertained. The kitchen is a cook’s dream. Everything ( except a coffee grinder) was available. The long kitchen table easily accommodates 12. We enjoyed the porches. There are 3 but we did not use top balcony. ( that is where the fire pit is ) There are lots of steps, but the convenience of the elevator was wonderful. It was a great location as well. We had a lovely time.

Communication with the property owner was great. The property was advertised perfectly and value priced. We had a blast and will try to return in the future.

This Airbnb was perfect for our family of 3. Listing was exactly as described. Pool on property was fantastic and where we spent most of our time. The short walk the to beach was super convenient with plenty of beach gear (chairs, toys for kids, etc) on the property to travel with. House itself was clean and spacious and Allison was responsive to our requests and questions before and during our stay.

This Airbnb was the perfect getaway for myself and my bridal party for my bachelorette celebration over Memorial Day weekend. The home was exactly as pictured, easy to find, and located only a couple blocks from the public beach accesses on the northern side of Isle of Palms. Everyone slept great on the beds and we certainly made use of the kitchen space and pool area. Our favorite parts were chilling in the sun room on days when it was raining outside! The only down side was that the Airbnb hosts were not responsive, particularly when it came to checkout. Other than that, everything was great! P.S. I highly recommend renting golf carts if you stay here and intend to go to the beach. Traffic and parking on the main road is insane and the two golf carts made we rented this quick and easy for my group of 8, including when we went to the "downtown" area for beachside lunches. I highly recommend this Airbnb!!

Great place to stay. Carolina One made it easy to check-in and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend for any family or smaller friend gathering at the beach! Coming back home rested and recharged!

This place was perfect! right down the street from the beach in a lovely neighborhood with sweet neighbors. it was a great experience and I will definitely be saving for future trips!

First time on the coast of SC & we absolutely love Folly Beach! Emily had great recommendations & was super helpful. The house was cozy & was super close to the beach! The house had almost everything we needed including beach equipment. The beach itself was peaceful & was a short drive to downtown Folly where delicious restaurant & shops were located. Would definitely stay at Emily’s again!

Great location and back deck view. Short walk to the beach, restaurants and Bert’s market. Also love how shaded the area was and how it made it feel cooler.

We recently spent a weekend at Folly Beach and are so very happy that we happened upon Nicole’s lovely property for our stay—it exceeded expectations. Check-in was a breeze. Nicole was such a genuine and thoughtful host—top notch communication from time of booking our stay, to bidding farewell to the beautiful property (but with many incredible “beachfront memories” we will cherish & be reminiscing on for a long time to come). We truly loved our time here. Nicole has created such a comfortable “home away from home” with this place—and being steps from the beach... it was a blessed place to be. The property was fresh, clean and beautifully decorated. Also, from Kitchen to the bathroom—all rooms are thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed.. and more! Fully stocked, cozy and attended to with care. Location—unbeatable. With just a few short steps, we were hitting sand.. and most beautiful beachfront view one could ask for! Felt very safe enjoying each sunrise & sunset close by

We were very happy with our stay. We arrived in Charleston a few hours before our check-in time, and our host told us they'd look into whether the cleaners had gotten to the apartment early. They hadn't, but we were still allowed to go into the apartment early to get the parking pass, which we appreciated. The apartment was comfortable, a decent size, and matched the pictures. Though the apartment's location near the hospital wasn't quite as scenic and charming as other parts of the city, it still felt safe and was convenient to other parts of town. Over all, we were happy with our stay!

Great place to stay. It is close walk to the beach, cute house and convenient. Kitchen had needed items for us to cook while there.

We loved our stay at Kevin’s place. He was a very responsive and communicative host- he even sent us over a guide of places before our stay. The house was filled with everything we would need- beach chairs, cooler, towels, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable and the house was beautiful. Located near a grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. Would recommend to anyone for a great stay in Island of Palms!

Absolutely enjoyed a second year here at The Jungle house! Beautiful as always and so close to all the shops and restaurants on jungle road. The pool was amazing and so refreshing and very clean! Someone was there to clean the pool most mornings very early which was also such a plus. I will definitely be returning next year and hopefully many years to come

Theresa was a wonderful host who made us feel right at home! The house was perfect and had everything we neded. We brought my 89-year-old mother on the trip, and Theresa improved the front walkway prior to our arrival out of concern for her having a smooth entrance! This was above & beyond our expecations - and much appreciated. We would definately stay here again!

We have vacationed in the Charleston area many times through the years. No doubt about it, this property will be one of our favorites and a home we will want to return to. The host was very helpful and promptly responded to our questions. The house is well appointed and thoughtful. It was an added bonus for us to be able to bring our dog, who enjoyed the trip as much as we did. The surrounding area is beautiful with elegant small town charm. The location is conveniently central to beaches and downtown Charleston. This is truly an Airbnb at its finest.

Very clean house that looked newly remodeled. Beds were very comfortable, nice tv’s in all rooms, A/C works very well which is a bonus in the hot summer. A little bit further from King St. than I would have liked but walking is definitely do-able (especially for younger/fitter people). Excellent parking right next to house. Host was a great communicator with check-in/out info. I would recommend.

Nicely remodeled house close to the beach (<10 minute walk) and the Wild Dunes resort. Very clean, with a well stokced kitchen and a responsive host. The descripion and pictures were accurate. Our family of four had a very nice stay for six nights.
