House vacation rentals in Central California

When you walk into this property it feels like you are in your own little world; the home is very cozy. The house has an open spacious floor plan that is amazing. My 94 year old aunt who uses a walker had no problem moving around in the home or bedroom. The house was very well stocked for all including babies and animals. I will definitely book this property again, it would be great for a summer getaway.

I'm a repeat guest and very much like all of Ashley's properties that I have stayed in. This one is no different. Free of clutter, very clean and stocked with the basics. The beds are all different to ensure everyone has exactly the one they need. The house is spacious and the water pressure in the front bath is fantastic. It was the perfect place for us.

Amazing and beautiful location, amazing air bnb, super comfy beds, amazing living room set up, pool is gorgeous even though it’s cold so we couldn’t use it, the park in the back is amazing, just everything was awesome!

Place was great. We needed a last-minute place to be since we couldn't be in our house, and this place was great. Animals are allowed, and I was able to work and cook and wash clothes so I could feel like a human. Very comfortable. If there is anything negative I could say it would be the heater. It was winter when we stayed and there is only one place I could see for heat, but once you get the heater going it gets everything warm so it was not even bad. Definitely recommend. Super responsive and nice people.

It was a great stay! We had all the space we needed and the coffee was an extra perk. The area was clean and quiet and it felt like we were home. Our kids loved playing the shuffleboard! Definitely recommend staying here!

Clean, comfy, and conveniently located for our road trip to Santa Cruz and the coast. We walked to shops, the marina, and the beach during our stay. The large dining table was great for playing Yahtzee while Alexa served up our favorite tunes on demand. Al, the maintenance guy who lives next door, introduced himself the first day of our stay, gave us his card, and offered to support whatever we needed—but we didn’t need much. A previous guest left a broken corkscrew, and I could've called Al. Instead, I walked to Day’s Market Liquors & Deli and bought a $5 replacement, along with freshly made chicken tamales that were absolutely delicious.

The property is well managed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Probably our favorite Airbnb rental ever.

Best beach vibe! The location is amazing, great walkable neighborhood, lots to do. The house was fantastic, with so many thoughtful details. Joyce is a pro. She was super responsive and gave us great recommendations that made the stay perfect. My young kids (Age 9 and 6) loved the place - especially the downstairs living room and hot tub. Will stay here again!

Greg the host was incredible. We were attending a conference at the Courtyard hotel which was literally a two minute walk away. The place was cozy and the garage was very nice to have. We will definitely be staying here again. This place was perfect in every way.

We had the pleasure of staying at Judy’s house for 2 nights to celebrate the new year ! It truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home with the lights on . The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Judy was incredibly responsive and provided clear instructions on how to get settled. The house was exactly as described in the listing, super clean, and thoughtfully decorated. The photos didn't do it justice! The cozy living room made the space even more inviting. Everything was spotless, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. This property had everything I needed and more. The fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, big dining table made the stay so comfortable. The location is fantastic, it took us just 30 minutes to Solvang , and ostrich land , a few minutes to Costco, Albertson and Walmart, the community is safe , I felt like I was in the perfect spot to explore everything the area has to offer. I highly recommend it !

I had an amazing stay at Whitney's home! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect - a short drive to the stunning coastline I loved relaxing in the backyard, which was a peaceful oasis. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to explore San Luis Obispo.

This was the most well stocked Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything. I would say to myself “oh I need a…” and there it was! When we were heading to the beach one day there were chairs, towels and umbrellas right there. The owners were very responsive and asked if we needed anything. I was surprised at how close it was to the freeway when it showed hillside view. In the end, it made it easier to get to places by being nearer the freeway. You couldn’t hear the cars while inside the house. Sleeps 6 couples and one of those is a pullout sofa.

First, this is an amazing property. It's more beautiful and relaxing than the pictures can capture. It provided a much needed respite for our family during a fortunately brief evacuation from the socal fires. It's convenient to a number of great trails and beaches. We also had fun saying hi to the animals. Lastly, Laurie and the property manager went above and beyond to be supportive during a stressful time for our family. We look forward to coming back for a full vacation!

Such a lovely, homey airbnb. The kitchen was better equipped than my own, including sharp knives. We loved hanging out on the sunporch and outside on the beautiful grounds. A real bargain in SLO.

A most spectacular location. The pictures on the listing don’t lie! House was perfect and exactly as advertised. Clean as a pin. Hot tub and grill were pristine and easy to operate. Only very minor complaint was we could not get the fire pit to ignite. House is not in a “ walkable” area but so much to do in the driveable area this was not a deal killer. Would highly recommend for a one or two couple getaway. Did I mention there is a regulation bocce court on the grounds?

We chose this house because of the 4 bedrooms with king sized beds and it worked out so well for us. We visited at 6 or 7 wineries/tasting rooms all within a 15 minute drive and they were all fantastic. The house itself was very clean and comfortable and was a great space for a group of 8 to return to each evening of our stay in wine country. And of course, we ate oranges out of the tree in the backyard each morning.

Elizabeth's place was very comfortable, clean, and exactly as described.
