Staying at Rebeca’s property was an absolute pleasure. She provided clear and detailed instructions for both check-in and check-out, making the process seamless. The property’s description was spot on, and it truly has a beautiful charm that exceeded expectations. Rebeca was responsive, helpful, and professional throughout, yet also warm and personable, which added to the overall experience. I highly recommend her as a host and would gladly stay at her property again!

We spent 4 nights at Wrich's home in San Jose. We loved the privacy and appreciated that it was a separate unit with no shared walls. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and we loved taking our dogs on walks to the nearby park. There are many friendly kitties outside who love to say hello. The unit was exactly as advertised and extremely clean. It was the perfect place to stay with our pets. Wrich was highly communicative throughout our stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb for pets and families. Also great for business travelers.

I had an amazing time at this house. The house was beautiful, it was the perfect nature vibe, it was easy to walk back and forth from the house to the dock. There were waterfalls all around the lake and fun trails to explore. I would absolutely go back.

Our stay at Moodys was everything we needed! Beautiful construction, very comfortable and the owner has stocked the coffee bar amazingly! We loved the opportunity to bring our pet who used the dog door immediately. Safe neighborhood but it was still comfortable to bring our car in the fenced property. My kids were so comfortable with the multiple TVs and lounging furniture. We will be booking this location on all of our future visits and foregoing the hotels in the area.

Lori and Don raise the bar on how to welcome guests. This home away from home was warm and welcoming, gorgeously stocked with small kindnesses to ease in travelers showing up late. I loved seeing a small flock of sheep and goats graze the pasture behind the house in the early morning, and hearing the chickens cluck in the frontyard coop while getting some fresh morning air.

Good place to stay with your family. Convenient location with restaurants, grocery stores and attractions nearby. We didn’t use the aquarium pass but that’s a nice perk for future guests. Parisa was fast with her communication.

Very positive experience with our group traveling in for the local AKC dog shows. We felt safe, had great communication with the host, and felt like all our needs were met.

Great place to stay been here few times and will stay again

Decided to visit Santa Rosa for Valentines weekend and Vinay's place really was a gem. Very close to all hotspots and easily accessible when we arrived late. Downtown and the college area are not far from your stay. We ate out but the kitchen provides all you would need in case you wanted to cook. It's a perfect crash spot for couples or solo travelers looking for a comfortable home base as you explore what the city offers. Only note is that you are able to hear guests upstairs for the other listing. It did not bother use but a fair warning.

I'm a repeat guest and very much like all of Ashley's properties that I have stayed in. This one is no different. Free of clutter, very clean and stocked with the basics. The beds are all different to ensure everyone has exactly the one they need. The house is spacious and the water pressure in the front bath is fantastic. It was the perfect place for us.

This was such a gem of a place! My family loved every moment. It was a great location with places to explore. We would love to visit here again!

Great place to hang out, close to many eateries and Russian River brewing. Beds were really comfortable, and all of the amenities were great to have, like the fire pit and the hot tub.

Great place, kids loved old Nintendo wii with many remotes.

We spent 2 nights at Emir’s place with our toddler and our dog. It was spacious for our needs and the open floor plan made it easy for us to keep an eye on both the “baby” baby and fur baby while enjoying a good time with each other! Emir went above and beyond to adjust our booking from 3 nights to 2 and get us late checkout to time it with our toddler’s nap time. During our stay, the skylight cap directly above the kitchen fell and shattered which was unfortunate and scary. Emir was very responsive and assured us that he will fix it. We did notice another solar tunnel cap missing in the laundry room. Perhaps all solar caps should be inspected and redone to ensure no mishaps happen. It would have been great to have blackout curtains in the bedrooms. It was a tad difficult to get our toddler to stay asleep without it. All in all, we had a lovely time at Emir’s place. The views were spectacular and the kitchen and place well equipped with everything you would need!

Griselda was a wonderful host. Our stay was super last minute and she was very accommodating, responsive and flexible. The location was perfect. We came to hike in Armstrong Redwood Park and her place was only about a 3 min drive there. It was also a three minute drive from the downtown so great location. Beautiful house with lots of space and a huge yard. I'd love to come back in the summer when we could use the outdoor space more, but the hot tub was perfect for the winter.

Annie was a great host and the place was exactly as described and just what we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. We loved the hot tub in the backyard and the beach cottage feel of the place. Thank you for hosting us!

Loved staying at Traci’s cabin. The outside was so calm and peaceful. For being pet friendly, the cabin was very clean and free of dander. Traci was also very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Would def recommend and stay here again!

Cozy space, perfect location. Was very accommodating of our two dogs and even provided crates in the garage for when we had to leave them ( they preferred coming to dog friendly piano beach!). Arroyo Grande is very cute and we enjoyed walking the dogs to get coffee in the morning.

Quite possibly the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. And by that I mean for the price this stay had so much and more. The cottage is tucked in the back of the main home among lush plants and trees lined with string lights. It’s very beautiful at night. The cottage itself is wonderful. Cozy, well decorated, and spacious. A full bathroom, little kitchenette, and the gracious hosts filled the place with goodies and treats: snacks, tea, wine. I had stayed in so many airbnbs that are literally just a plain room and am reminded that charm, character, and simple comforts really make the stay. This a true Airbnb and the hosts are exceptional!

We loved our stay and can't wait to go back! The views, location right at the beach, comfortable furniture and the backdrop sound of the ocean made for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. We also walked to town everyday! Super close to everything. Thank you.

A slice of heaven!!! I stayed at this casita with my two dogs and wow, it was so quiet and peaceful. The place has a huge property, and my dogs were in heaven just running around all day. Next door, there were cows and horses, which was pretty cool to see. At night, the stars were just amazing—never seen them so bright! And did I mention the crickets and owls! The hosts were super friendly too, made us feel right at home. I definitely recommend this spot if you're looking for a chill place to relax, recharge and enjoy some nature.

My family needed a place to get out of LA because of the Palisades Fire and George and Sandy listed their place as pet friendly, so we booked it based on the amazing reviews and felt confident about it. It turned out to be better than we could have hoped for. It was comfortable, clean, and had plenty of space for 5 people and two big dogs. George and Sandy were such pleasant people and their home was exactly what we needed during a crisis in order to feel safe and figure out our next steps as a family. We originally booked 4 nights but added a 5th because we couldn't imagine leaving. Thank you so much for having us - we will be back!

Great location, close to the lake and main road. Good access to ski areas up North. Good value for the location.
