Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Butte County

Our little family enjoyed our stay at April's place, my kids enjoyed the space and just being able to be kids away from home. The hosts are quick to answer any questions and just overall very accommodating, we were Hoping to stay longer but unfortunately it was booked already for that time, hopefully we will be able to enjoy a stay in the future again. Definitely worth it!!! Not to mention the sunsets from the backyard were so beautiful at night with the orchards 🥰 Thanks Again for being a superstar host!!

Great place in a great location in the center of Chico. A little bit of ‘downtown noise’ but less than I expected given the location. Plenty of windows giving lots of light and even a view of the iconic Senator Tower and Chico Water Towers. Would definitely stay again.

Diane’s place is a lovely studio perfect for a long term stay. Well equipped with everything you need. Diane was very responsive and accommodating.

Natasha was an absolutely amazing host. She was very responsive to any questions I had as well ass any help I needed. If I am ever in the area again I would absolutely hope to book with them again

Excellent stay for the entire family! It was very clean, smelled nice everywhere, and had warm, festive decor. The rooms are well put together and have a beautiful artwork. The hosts and service were great and kind. It’s also very conveniently located near a few nice restaurants and shops. Definitely a great spot to check in!

This is a beautiful & peaceful location. Very private & quiet. I loved doing afternoon yoga on the back patio & enjoyed my morning coffee out there as well as I watched the sun rise. We had some internet issues early on, but Angelleyna was very responsive & got it rectified immediately. Would definitely stay here again if our travels brought us this way!

Upon walking in, we immediately fell in love with the house. It was perfect for the weekend! We especially loved the location because it was within walking distance to downtown Chico and the university. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Airbnb! Very walkable to downtown the cutest little two bedroom one bath and had a great backyard with a fire pit and cornhole game. We would love to stay there again on our next trip to Chico. Thank you!

Very nice place, only a partial role of toilet paper in each bathroom so I’d recommend bringing your own. Besides that it was great

Had a wonderful stay at Leah’s place. The swimming pool is the best pool I’ve ever used. It is always so warm and relaxing. The grounds are extremely private and beautiful with so much incredible sights and sounds of nature. Unfortunately we had to leave abruptly due to unforeseen circumstances and Leah’s communication was extremely proactive and quick. We truly enjoyed her place and can’t wait to return.

This is our new Airbnb of choice for visiting family in Chico. The location is great: private and quiet residential neighborhood next to Bidwell, easy access to all parts of town, local grocery stores, etc. The house itself is fantastic for families- 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The house is SO CLEAN, instructions everywhere for items. Great furnishings: comfortable couches and beds, nice towels, amenities, fully stocked kitchen ware. Clean and empty garage for us to park in. The house doesn’t really feel like an Airbnb because it’s so nicely furnished, it’s like staying at a friend’s house! We visited in the winter so did not use the backyard but the pool and sitting area outside are so inviting! Great technology throughout the house- AC, WiFi, TVs, etc. Everything was top notch. We had a great time in Chico, and this house was perfect for our two families! The house was clean and comfortable, and it was nice to have so much space for 7 people to sleep comfortably.

Our stay at this beautiful home was absolutely unforgettable! It was our son’s first Thanksgiving away from home, so we decided to bring the holiday to him—and this home was the perfect place for it. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house is not only stunning but also incredibly cozy, offering the perfect setting for cooking a Thanksgiving feast, doing puzzles, playing cards, watching movies, taking naps, and creating cherished memories together. The space was ideal for our family of four, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Ryan was an exceptional host—kind, attentive, and so thoughtful. He went above and beyond, even bringing over extra supplies to help us with our Thanksgiving dinner. We felt so well taken care of. The location is equally wonderful—peaceful, serene, and perfect for scenic walks. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will absolutely be returning the next time we visit!

Cozy home with all the amenities for a long stay. I really liked the location it was very peaceful and felt private. Some areas I felt needed a deeper clean but for the most part everything else was clean. The host was also very nice and made me feel comfortable asking questions. I would give this location a 9.8/10 and I’d be happy to book again.👍🏻👍🏻
