We equipped the unit with a 50" flat screen TV, full cable package, bose sound bar/Bluetooth speaker, high speed internet, walk in shower with dual shower heads and a bench seat, full kitchen with gas stove, bedroom with a queen size bed, living room with a pull out sofa, fenced private patio area with fire pit, off street parking 30 ft from the door, and everything you need for a nice quiet night and or weekend getaway. Welcome to our cozy & comfy boho bungalow. Newly renovated house near downtown Chico. It is a 10 minute walk to Chico State, downtown and lower Bidwell Park! Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the patio in our beautiful enclosed private yard. We have a keypad on the front door for easy check-in and a camera ring device. Check-out is 10am. Please note for check-out that my cleaning crew arrives shortly after 10am. There is a $50 late charge fee for every 30 minutes that you check-out after 10am.
