Love the house close to the lake. It’s beautiful safe lots of parking and the view of the lake sunrise was breathtaking. Nicolette was an excellent host responding to our needs.

Our family needed a place on short notice to accommodate our out of town stay to attend a family funeral. We were super comfortable staying here and Michelle was very responsive when we had a last minute adjustment to our check in dates. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay at Blue Bird Cottage was wonderful. We enjoyed the delicious muffins, fresh bread and farm fresh milk for breakfast while soaking in the sunrise on the porch and watching all the different birds flying from here to there. The cottage is well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Jo Anna and Mark are wonderful hosts, and this will be our go to Airbnb when exploring the Yuba River area.

Great stay with Erin!! Originally we wanted to be closer to Nevada City, which is 30min away, however the place is so sweet and stocked with goodies we were quickly at home. The place was pristine, even to the point my husband commented how clean it was. Nice little approx 1mi loop on her property that we did one day and were bummed we got rained out the second morning. And did I mention yet the delicious, hot from the oven, homemade cookies yet? Loved them!! Thanks for the cozy stay!!
