Gary & Kay are simply the nicest, most gracious hosts of any AirBNB I’ve stayed in. They were kind enough to give us a personal tour and we actually had a great conversation with them about their home, family, and longtime ties to Chico. Perfect place for visiting the area and feeling right at home. I would give Gary & Kay 6 stars if I could!

The nest was located in a great part of Chico and was very easy to get into.

Charming, cozy and clean place to rest your head. Clean and super soft bedding and I slept beautifully on one of the most comfortable airbnb beds I’ve had. Cute decor - I absolutely love the above bed wall decor piece. Room stayed cool, nice perfect size patio with plenty of sitting room. Felt safe and very private. Showers are important to me and theirs was CLEAN and the water pressure, divine. Nicely stocked with coffee (decaf too!), and teas. The cleanliness did it for me. Thank you Sarah and Kirk.

My son had to complete one additional semester at Chico State and needed a safe and convenient space to stay for a few months! He stayed in the bottom unit of this air b n b and it could not have been more perfect for him! The space had everything he needed for a seamless stay! The house is so lovely and charming and sits on a quiet and beautiful tree lined street just a few blocks from Chico State. Jill was an amazing host! She was caring, kind, and extremely accommodating. I can’t say enough about how perfect the experience was from start to finish!

We stayed for 2 nights over memorial weekend for a wedding. The studio was super clean, fresh and having a washer/dryer with a baby was ideal! The Queen bed was super comfortable and having the fixings for coffee in the morning was a nice touch. There was a fully equipped kitchen. All cleaning products were available to use. Adrienne was very communicative and a very gracious host, she was out of town when we arrived but made sure a friend met us to make sure we had everything we needed. If we ever wind up in Chico again, we will for sure be rebooking. Thank you again to a wonderful experience!

Kasia really has a nice setup here, several outbuildings behind a beautifully renovated 1904 house, with Airbnbs in each. I chose a cozy studio with a view of the house and the shared gardens. The kitchenette is basic but capable of supporting simple meals, which is all I needed. Kasia was very responsive and solved a minor issue quickly. Off street parking was very convenient. Downtown is easily walkable. Nice stay.

Right off the bat let me just say that I will be back! Shayan's place was exactly what I was looking for to get away from the hustle and bustle for a couple days. Waking up to the sunrise was priceless, and the sauna followed by a cold plunge to start of my mornings took me to a whole other level. At night, its well worth watching the moon rise and looking up at the stars. I would not recommend arriving here for the first time in the dark...it's pitch black LOL. I overlooked that but Shayan was extremely helpful in getting me situated. Speaking of Shayan, if there was an award for #1 AirBnB host, he has earned it. Super chill, super responsive, and all his recommendations were spot on. He really went out of his way to make sure I had the most relaxing stay possible. Overall, the time spent at Shayan's place was well worth it and exceeded my expectations. The value for the money was great and it's perfect for a solo/couples trip

My cousin and I came up for a wedding. We didn’t want a hotel experience so we looked around and found this. Let me just say, you will not be disappointed. It’s very close to town which has everything you need. It’s kid friendly. But the view and quietness was what makes it the best stay. Beautiful Koi fish pond that the babies were able to feed. They have a beautiful set up outside near the kitchen to have breakfast. Our room had big huge windows so we were either able to dark it out or open them to let the sunrise in. Just absolutely stunning. I can’t wait to book again!!! The hosts made me feel right at home. Also, the housekeeper was available when needed. Thank you Jessica and Thank you hosts. We loved your property!!!

This little studio was perfect for us!! Perfect yard for our Golden… Minutes from our son’s house!! Walking distance to everything!!

This place is super cute and private, and right on the edge of Bidwell Park with fast access to trails to bike walk or run on. Lori was a great host and made us feel right at home and provided everything we needed! It was my birthday weekend and she even went above and beyond with some birthday decorations and a gift basket, very thoughtful!

3 nights. The Bungalow reminded me of growing up in the 60’s as a kid. Large house, full kitchen, two bedrooms and lots of space. Great place to work or relax.

Another great stay, as always! We’re so glad to have a consistent familiar spot to land and recharge during each leg of our trips down to SoCal for our little’s medical visits. Thank you so much!

My son was fresh out of high school and off to start school 2 weeks after hs graduation. We were referred to Greg and Eva for another property but that property was taken in our decision process. Eva graciously and cleverly recommended this property which is on her and Greg's property. Site unseen it sounded perfect for every reason and we were right. My son lived here for just shy of a year and this property and these hosts were a dream come true. The studio is actually better than described and Eva and Greg are extremely responsive if needed and even if not. They are kind and the type of people you want in your life. It was a big step having our son leave the nest and we never had to worry if he was safe staying at this property. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. We are grateful for Greg and Eva and this property and will return to stay just to restore all the wonderful memories that were created here. Thank you both from our entire family for this property!

Shelley and Alex are the perfect hosts. They have set up a beautiful studio with everything anyone could need. The place is nice, private and clean. Close to everything in Chico. I highly recommend staying in this wonderful studio. Charming Chico carriage house will always be my choice when I am in Chico. I appreciate the kindness that Shelley and Alex gave to me and my dad.

Only recommendation is to take ear plugs as the shared master BR wall to next door neighbor allowed a little TV noise to be heard. Not too bad tho. AC worked well and was much appreciated. Thanks, Kevin

We had a great stay! A big thank you to the host for allowing us to check in an hour early-I had a major headache, and being able to settle in sooner made a huge difference. The place was clean, comfortable and just as described. We really appreciate the thoughtful communication and hospitality throughout our visit. Would definitely recommend!

Great space. Small but well proportioned. The coffee maker was a bit vintage but worked well. It was great an easy and super smooth place to stay. I was the knucklehead that forgot his toothbrush but there was one on hand to keep me covered. Thanks!

Wonderful location and one of the most perfect Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! The porch overlooking the creek and forest was very peaceful. I had coffee out there both mornings and couldn’t have asked for a calmer setting. The studio was also a great jumping-off point for some adventures up Hwy 32. No cell service, but the WiFi worked great and the tv had streaming options. We were able to balance playing outside with relaxing in the futon. Well priced for a Memorial Day trip too!

Gail was an amazing host! She was responsive and helpful, willing to flex on our requests to accommodate my family members who stayed with her when they had to flee the Park fire. They found her place exceptionally clean and pest-free. Thanks Gail!
