Great spot in Chico! Especially loved the decor and the converted garage. This was a very nice airbnb (clean, lots of amenities) and in a great location. Would stay again.

The house was wonderful! It was so close to my daughters that I could walk. And just close enough to downtown that you’re ready for near the action without being right in it. Stephanie was absolutely a great communicator. We found an issue right at the end and I was super nervous about it but Stephanie put my mind right at ease and was very compassionate. It was perfect!

Upon walking in, we immediately fell in love with the house. It was perfect for the weekend! We especially loved the location because it was within walking distance to downtown Chico and the university. We would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place, only a partial role of toilet paper in each bathroom so I’d recommend bringing your own. Besides that it was great

The house is very cozy. Clean and will organized. We had a great time. We enjoyed the kitchen. We did a lot of cooking visit my daughter up in Chico. Three minutes away from her place. Everything is local. Even Safeway if you need anything. Great place to stay. Thank you, Adam, we will visit again.

Rocky was such an amazing host!! The home is on beautiful property plenty of space for my dogs to run and play fully fenced in property! I would definitely recommended this home for anyone who is considering the area Collin’s lake is very close and all the small town stores and restaurants were great and close by ! Thank you rocky for having your home available for our stay!!

The house is on the corner which allows for more privacy and plenty of parking if needed. The pool was sparkling clean, and location is pretty close to downtown. Responsive host. Would stay here again.

Amazing Stay! Exactly as Described!” We had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The property is exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The huge backyard was a fantastic space for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors, and the pool was a bonus. It’s perfect for families or anyone who enjoys a little extra room to unwind. The host was truly excellent—super responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful in ensuring we had everything we needed. The location couldn’t have been better, close to local attractions, restaurants, and transportation, yet still quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Joshua was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Their home has a great flow, many amenities, very comfortable and very clean! I would definitely rent from them again!

My family and I recently stayed a Laurie's place in Chico for a week. We loved the pool! We walked daily in Lower Bidwell Park which is located just 3 blocks from the house. The house was spacious for our group of 8. We did have an issue with the washing machine, but Laurie was very responsive and worked hard to rectify the situation. The house could use a few cosmetic updates, such as plumbing fixtures, but compared to other similar size houses in the area, this house was in better shape than most and the price was reasonable.

Kay was a very Welcoming hostess, very attentive, made us feel at home. It is a very comfortable cottage, for my son and I, and our dog - she was very happy there. It also has an inspiring art garden.

We had 3 couples from our family and 6 children, ranging from 2 to 11. There was plenty of room for all and we had a great visit. The kids loved the pool. The adults liked it also. This home is up to date and we'll equipped. We would definitely come here again. The host was extremely helpful and great to work with.

This listing was so convenient as we could walk to Bidwell and drive anywhere we wanted to go within 10 minutes. The hosts were helpful and responsive.

What a great place to host! We stayed as a group of 7 ultimately, but this easily would have fit more. The sprawling floor plan allowed for space between the sleeping areas for quiet and privacy but plenty of group gathering space. We mostly utilized the kitchen and outdoor spaces! And of course the pool table. The outdoor dining space has fans and heaters and it is covered, so even this morning’s rainstorm allowed for us to be outside. Was squeaky clean and we were able to return it easily to its original condition. Would definitely stay here again.

Our little family enjoyed our stay at April's place, my kids enjoyed the space and just being able to be kids away from home. The hosts are quick to answer any questions and just overall very accommodating, we were Hoping to stay longer but unfortunately it was booked already for that time, hopefully we will be able to enjoy a stay in the future again. Definitely worth it!!! Not to mention the sunsets from the backyard were so beautiful at night with the orchards 🥰 Thanks Again for being a superstar host!!

We stayed for three nights and I would rent here again without hesitation. The home was clean and the bed and couches were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and everything was clean. The home is older but has been well maintained. The heaters did a great job of keeping the place warm. The only downside is you have very close neighbors and with that, you have noise. We were concerned about a neighbor dog barking overnight, so we contacted the owner and they got back to us within minutes. They know the neighbors, contacted them and resolved the situation right away. With this good communication and comfortable home, I would rent here again if/when we return to Oroville.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s house. She was incredibly friendly and proactive ensuring that our stay was smooth. The house was comfortable and setup so well including a clean pool, equipped kitchen, beach towels and the list goes on.

Annie’s place was fantastic. It had everything we needed and was even bigger than it appeared in the photos. Annie thoughtfully offered to set up the futon bed in the living room so we had two separate full size beds. The kitchen is large and was well-stocked with every kind of implement we could need. There were many sweet details, such as fresh flowers and handmade soap. I will definitely stay at Annie’s next time I visit Chico.

This is a beautiful & peaceful location. Very private & quiet. I loved doing afternoon yoga on the back patio & enjoyed my morning coffee out there as well as I watched the sun rise. We had some internet issues early on, but Angelleyna was very responsive & got it rectified immediately. Would definitely stay here again if our travels brought us this way!

I booked Margo's place for one of our employees who stayed there for months. And when he had to go back to the Chico area he requested Margo's place again. Margo is an excellent host and her property is really nice. I would absolutely book Margo's place again.
