Stayed multiple times and enjoy the location. Comfy bed and just perfect for my visits to Chico!

My husband, our toddler, and I had the best little weekend here. Restful, serene, a cozy, the tiny house was a perfect getaway out of the city. We loved the farm animals and my toddler especially loved the alpaca and dog, Caspian. And the stars on a clear night were beautiful! The hosts were very friendly and responsive and made us feel welcome while also giving us privacy. Very glad to have found such a beautiful place close by to visit when we need some relaxation.

Our family is a repeat customer here. Even though we had to cancel this trip, Jeanne's communications were helpful and proactive as always. We'll be back! :)

I found Carolyn’s White Tiny Home to be a wonderful, restful place as I visited family in the area. The home was clean and cozy, having everything I needed. The cherry on top was that she provided fresh eggs and home baked muffins! Being on the hill made for amazing views watching the sunrise in the east, the sunset in the west and the multitude of stars at night (something I don’t see often back home in Nashville)! I really enjoyed getting to visit with the animals and feeding the chickens. Carolyn’s place will be top of my list when I visit the Paradise area again. Thank you for sharing your slice of paradise with me! ❤️

Chelsea’s place makes you feel right at home. She has paid attention to every detail - from the coffee set up, to cozy decor, comfortable linens and nice hot water for a shower. We were on a long road trip and this place was heaven to arrive to after driving all day. She even made our dogs feel right at home with bowls for food, treats, potty bags, and a big pillow for them. The backyard is fenced and secure. It was such a treat to stay here and she is extremely kind and understanding.

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect for us! It was a little getaway into nature, and the spot couldn’t have been better. We even saw a deer right next to the window, which made the experience even more magical. Salim was incredibly kind and thoughtful—he even brought us local pastries and bread that were absolutely delicious! His hospitality made our stay even more special. Would 10/10 recommend and would love to come back!

If anybody ever wants to get away from the noise of this world, this place is the go-to place! Private, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. One can fully decompress from the outside!

My family and I have stayed in several Airbnb's in the Chico area, and this one is definitely one of our favorites! It was very roomy and nicely accommodated our family of six. The house was also in an ideal location--not far from the downtown area, as well as other restaurants and stores. It was perfect! The house was very clean and Anthony and Ava were responsive hosts! We will definitely seek out this home for our future visits!

We had a great stay & Sally was very friendly, welcoming, hospitable & accommodating. We were out a lot, but it was so convenient to have coffee & a huge variety of breakfast items available. Sally stocks the kitchen & room with most any/everything you may need. We also appreciated the snacks & treats (peanut butter cups are our favorite! :) Some beautiful artwork, tons of books, plants, games, even a fun puzzle in progress. A comfortable, interesting and enjoyable trip! We hope to come back again!
