Had a really nice stay here while visiting family that lives in the area. The house was clean and comfy and great communication with hosts. Thank you for having us!

Exactly what we were looking for. Great location. Peace and quiet for the older adults, day trips for the younger. Near to retail areas. The older guys loved the bird, squirrel and deer watching from both decks. Kitchen FULLY equipped, just bring your own food to cook at home. Hotel quality bedlinens (swoon), and beautifully decorated. Nice to catch premier league soccer on big screen on comfy couches. Came home relaxed and happy. Thanks Debbie!

Magnolia Lake House was perfect for our family. Everyone appreciated the number of bedrooms and bathrooms available, and the kitchen/dining space was huge.

Nancy's place was spotless and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the outdoors space and creek behind the house.

Great place very homey and clean had an amazing stay

This place is in the perfect spot. It is close enough to walk to some local bars or food establishments. It is located on a quieter end of 6th street. So, no worries about all the crazy noise at night! The neighbor, if you see him outside, stop and chat. He is so positive about life and can make a bad day better!

We loved our stay in Austin! Our host, Joey, was wonderful and extremely accommodating! The apartment is clean, very pretty, and has lots of natural light (the pictures on the website are very accurate). The location is great, with restaurants/bars (Stubb's is right next door and the BBQ was delicious!) and a coffee shop (Jo's) nearby within walking distance. There are hills in the area if anyone has walking restrictions. Uber was easy for groceries, Austin City Live at the Moody Center, and all the fun area sites, restaurants, and bars. We enjoyed this Airbnb so much, we will be back. It was a beautiful view, it rained one of the days we stayed and even still the view from the balcony and living room area was amazing. Thank you guys for hosting and doing a wonderful job at it!

The home was a perfect place to get away from the city. It was quiet and very spacious with the comfort of enjoying a family weekend. Danielle and her husband are great hosts and answered any question needed. Only thing I didn't like is I couldn't stay longer due to work haha. I will be getting this place again for an actual vacation with longer time to relax. My mother loved it and the hot tub was her favorite spot. Danielle look for me going to your place again and I thank you personally for you and your husband hospitality.

Our party of nine enjoyed a great extended weekend stay at this property while in Austin for my daughter’s college graduation. The place was spotless and the scenery was beautiful. The location is a perfect combination of peaceful and accessible to everything we needed. Also, the downstairs primary bedroom and bath perfectly accommodated one of our older guests who requires a wheelchair, while the three upstairs bedrooms and sofa sleeper were just right for our large party. We will definitely stay here again and were sad to leave. Highly recommended.

This stay was everything we hoped for and more! The villas look exactly like the photos.. beautifully decorated, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything from spices to cooking tools, which made it easy to cook meals. The pool and hot tub were just as serene and well-maintained as they appeared online. Each room had a smart TV ready for streaming, and the WiFi worked flawlessly. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in the Texas Hill Country!

We had a great stay at 7744 Ranch. I had never been inside of a luxury RV/mobile estate before, but we found it to be comfortable and convenient. They are 2 story and have a stove, microwave, sink, restroom, shower and several TVs all in-house. Outside, the hot tub and cowboy pool were very relaxing! We enjoyed cooking steaks on the grill and pizza in the outdoor oven. Our favorite part was the nighttime walk along the lit path down to the koi fish area. We had a fun time!

Wendy's home was absolutely beautiful. The backyard area was our favorite. We loved having coffee on the back porch in the morning. In the evenings the yard games and plunge pool ended a perfect day. The location is great. River access was challenging for some of the smaller kids but we planned accordingly and made sure we had everything we needed so we only had to come back up the stairs once a day. Overall I highly recommend.

Travis was an exceptional host. He was quick to communicate if anything was needed and offered multiple amenities. The space itself is very private, great for photos especially around the lake, it's just you and nature. If the weather wasn't so cold we definitely would've hit the water. Hadn't ever heard of spicewood before, but would come again! Thank you again Travis!

Tom's place is even prettier than the pictures reflect. The description is spot-on, and this charming and peaceful house has a terrific view of Lake Travis -- even while sitting inside on of the two very comfy sofas. It's a perfect place for a weekend getaway and is not far at all from shopping; it's only about 25 min from downtown Austin. It feels like you're far away in the country, though. Tom is a great host and is helpful if needed but otherwise very laid-back. We'll hopefully be back!
