Rachel was a great host! Very responsive and happy to give recommendations for things to do in downtown Sacramento. Lovely spot, lots of space, and great amenities. Very close to downtown and a nice quiet area.

Sara’s place was perfect. Easy walk to convention center and everything else downtown. The unit was very clean & comfortable. Check in process was smooth and Sara’s communication was excellent. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Great place to stay! plenty to do and literally a 5min walk over the bridge to old town. If you are from out of town it is great place to check out old town shops and we even played mini-golf. The unit itself was very nice and just like the photos. The amenities are also amazing. Our host was super responsive and accommodating. I will be looking to staying here again.

I had an amazing experience at this place! It was incredibly clean, well-maintained, and easy to access thanks to the helpful instructions provided. The hosts were also very accommodating—they honored a request I made before booking, which I really appreciated. Parking is a bit of a toss-up, as it’s mostly street parking, but I didn’t have too much trouble finding a spot. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this place to others and will definitely be rebooking if it’s available again. A truly great stay !

We stayed here for almost a month while we did a trial in downtown Sacramento. The location is great: quick, easy route to downtown and just a block away from the shipping mall and several good restaurants. The apartment is comfortable with all amenities. Traci was very easy to work with and was responsive to my emails. There is also a designated covered parking place for the unit.

I cannot recommend this place enough, the best experience I have ever had with a host by far. The place was exactly as advertised and Matt was extremely helpful with local recommendations and always being responsive. I instantly felt at home, and am so glad I booked the stay. The location is great with beautiful outdoor activities and trails all around. The experience was a 20/10, definitely book if you have the chance!

Simply astonished by the quality and beauty of this property! Mike & Beth were very accommodating, allowed us to book in advance so that we could establish our travel plans without worry. The apartment was phenomenal, brand new appliances and furnishings, comfortable beds, immaculate restroom and kitchen. Plenty of storage space and linens, the location was perfect for DOCO/Golden 1 access, and we felt incredibly safe accessing the property and walking around late into the evening! The balcony is gorgeous, perfect view of the city and the Capitol building. Thank you so much for a reliable, comfortable travel experience. 10/10!!!

I loved my stay at Susan’s! Was very easy to locate and get inside. Susan was responsive and the description of the stay was accurate. Great location with a trail running behind it.

We had the best stay at this airbnb. Mike has thought of everything! Incredibly thoughtful touches and amenities-- nothing he hasn't thought of and they really prioritize making sure you are taken care of. We felt right at home and had everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed the gym and hot tub that were in the building as well as the gated parking structure with a reserved spot. The condo is walking distance from everything-- coffee shops, restaurants, bike trails, transit, everything! Couldn't recommend staying at this place more, you wont regret it!

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.

A great place to stay. Close to a grocery store. Easy to get around. The pool was a hit with the grandkids.

Really great space for families. The home had a great layout, tastefully decorated and everything you could ask for in home. Conveniently located next to a Target and Wal-Mart, we were able to stock the fridge and eat in. It’s a little ways to spots like Midtown or the American River or Folsom Lake, but it made for a nice day out. Lastly, the 11 am check out was a bit tough on a family with a toddler (getting breakfast, make sure the check out requirements were done, etc.) but the home was beautiful, the host was helpful, and it met our needs. I stayed over a weekend for my daughter‘s wedding. It was the perfect homebase. It was really nice to escape to the backyard and relax by the fruit trees. The beds were comfy and everyone had a great time.

Perfect place for our family to stay to watch our niece graduate from high school! Home is warm and inviting. The layout was especially beneficial as my in-laws had their own bedroom & bathroom on one side of the house and my kids, husband and I had the other bedrooms and our own bath on the opposite side of the house. House is super clean and has everything we could need. The bonus room was a nice added touch! The pool & spa were enjoyed daily. Lots of memories made! Would definitely recommend this to anyone staying in the area and would absolutely book it again if the opportunity arose in the future.

Great and spacious. Missing some amenities like salt, paper towels, and oil. But otherwise fantastic. Very responsive host and able to accommodate all of our requests.

Cameron went above and beyond to accommodate for our little one by dropping off a pack and play, high chair, and baby gate. We had everything we needed to make it an easy and enjoyable weekend!
