The Pine Cone Cottage is one of three separate cottages at River Rock Gardens. It features a king bed with a wonderful view of a small garden and the river beyond through French doors. It has a small bathroom w/shower. The kitchen area has a microwave, Keurig coffee maker, toaster and small refrigerator. The kitchen is NOT set up for any kind of major cooking - plan accordingly. We do have wildlife/security cameras on the property. None that violate your privacy.

Very pleased with our stay. Well equipped kitchen that included coffee, tea, cooking oil and some dry food. Clean and comfortable rooms. Nice shower water pressure and temperature. Comfortable couch. Nice patio with grill including a full tank gas. We will definitely come back.

Deborah's place was perfect. I felt so relaxed and peaceful. The bed was so comfy, the kitchen was very nice and it was so quiet. Deborah was great at proactively communicating all instructions down to makong sure I latched the gate when I came and went. I appreciated everything and can't say enough nice things about my stay.

No photos can do justice to this wonderful, wonderful house. The location is perfect—you get a stunning view of Mt. Shasta, and the ability to see so many stars at night is absolutely mind-blowing! Not to mention how cozy the house is—beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. My friends and I are so thankful the universe led us to Janet's house; it truly was the cherry on top of our trip to Mt. Shasta. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

This was such a comfortable, clean, and relaxing place to stay! It felt like home. Everything was thoughtfully set up, the furniture was comfy, there were little extra touches everywhere. It is an easy drive from the 5 freeway but not too close to it. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!
