Vacation rentals with a patio in Travis County

This was a great spot during my weeklong training in Austin! Shawnn was kind, considerate and amenable. It was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable week's stay.

Couldn’t ask for a better host or a better pace to stay!! Will definitely recommend to others & we look forward to returning soon!!

Rose was a great host! The place was just as nice as was shown with a great deck and view that made it feel like a treehouse. We stayed here as an alternative to the Omni for an event that was there - and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was mixed (sometimes easy, sometimes a bit pricey). But can't say enough about Rose as a host - she was great!

Highly recommend staying at Kay's place. The only downside was the street noise was a bit loud for the bedroom facing the road.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. Apartment was exactly as described. The place was easy to find, great dedicated parking, good AC, and very accessible to many different areas of Austin. My must was the proximity to the airport! Thanks for hosting us!

The stay was great Jordan gave me a lot of recommendations to spot around the area. He was a great host the location was in the middle of everything and the air bnb was in a quiet area would come back again

This airbnb is so pretty and located in a peaceful neighborhood. I feel right at home staying here. The airbnb looks exactly like the photo. The host is very responsive and quick to address any questions and concerns that I have.

Absolutely loved staying here! This unit is well equipped with all the amenities and more! Location is amazing and I loved walking and exploring the neighborhood, including the cemetery grounds. Loved having a washer and dryer in the unit! Everything about the space was clean and well organized. John even provided K-cups! While the mattress was a bit too soft for my liking, I realize that is individual preference and I was still able to rest well. Whenever I return to Austin, this will be my #1 choice for ABnB!

Honestly the most thoughtfully curated Airbnb I’ve experienced, wonderful Christian had thought of EVERYTHING: from microfibres hair towels to a heated toilet seat and bidet upstairs, to plenty of coat hangers and linen, great book collection, games…. I could go on!! Beautiful showers and very clean. We loved the location for La Barbecue, Mama Dearest, Laundrette and others but we did find pockets close by a little sketchy (at least for female travellers) though, we didn’t have any issues at all and just took Lyft/Ubers instead of walking which was honestly fine. Would definitely return!

We stayed at Mikes place for our son’s wedding. It was just beautiful! Very spacious! Home was spotless! Mike had a fully stocked kitchen. The backyard was beautiful. We will definitely stay here again on our many trips back. Many thanks for your kindness.

Really nice clean house in a great location for our stay. Angela was easy to stay in touch with.

Matt was terrific to deal with - such quick responses. We were so appreciative to be able to bring our 3 small dogs. The house was well equipped and comfortable. There were parts of the house in need of updating but we loved the location and had a great weekend.

This home was perfect for our family of 10 adults and one child! My siblings and our families all came into to town from Phoenix and Houston to watch our neice play at the Texas Shootout Showcase. The house was perfect, clean, and comfortable. The pool was a great add on, and Anthony was a great host. The only thing I would warn about is that all bedrooms are upstairs, so if you have anyone with a disability in your group, this would be the only reason to consider not booking it.

AMAZING place!! Can’t say enough about how awesome our unit was at Natiivo! Nils was so great to work with and the place was the best we have been to! Extremely clean and so well stocked with so many extras that made our welcome and stay that much more special! It felt like home as soon as we walked in and we fell in love with the location and area shortly after! Words can’t even describe the rooftop pool and lounge area along with the beautiful sunsets every night. We ran the trail around the lake every morning….and enjoyed so much food and coffee treats during our stay. Only downfall is we didn’t have enough time to try more restaurants in the area! We will definitely be back and would stay at Nils place again for sure! Thank you for being the best host and having such a welcoming place for us!

Lovely stay, really appreciate the help getting around the amenities. They do have really helpful pamphlets around with great information towards the stay. The instructions are clear and the views are amazing!

Had a great time at Ira’s place in Austin! The location is great and you can sometimes hear the music from a backyard concert venue.

Would highly recommend this stay to anyone coming to the Austin area! Was continently located to everything we wanted to do in the city and the building itself was stunning. Staff were great and rooftop pool was even better! Erica was extremely responsive and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. Would absolutely stay here again!

I had a great time, liked the location, there are lots of coffee shops, lovely restaurants, markets, bars at walking distance. There’s a trail access 2 min away from the airbnb. Beautiful apartment in 11th floor with good view. The only downside was that it was advertised as a having two beds and in reality is only a one bedroom with a normal bed and then a sleeper sofa, which had a very slim and uncomfortable mattress, but I was able to communicate this with Himesh and he was very responsive and allowed me to borrow a memory foam layer topper to place on the mattress. The other feedback I had was to include more information in the listing regarding parking, we learned until we got there that the building only offers valet parking at $40 nightly fee, if we wanted to park our car we had to look for parking in the area, which was challenging due to construction and not many options.

This was exactly how it was described, and I had an awesome stay. The pool was happening!

My wife and I picked this spot for our 26th anniversary and it was everything and more, a beautiful place. Alvin and Julie are proactive hosts and provided details on every step along the way. From driving to parking in the garage to accessing the house. We loved how peaceful the property was, even booked a couples massage on the property. One other thing to mention was the amount of deer we saw, from a few miles out to the property itself. Thanks so much for the hospitality Alvin and Julie, will see you soon in the near future.
