Relax at this quaint 10-acre family farm just outside of town. Only 5 minutes from top-tier Texas BBQ and shopping, you can experience it all or just slow down and simplify. Just 15 minutes from Lake Granger, feel free to bring your boat for skiing or fishing while you’re here. Enjoy the garden, chickens, and pigs along with the majestic Pecan Trees that are great to hang a hammock and read. Bottom line…getaway for a night or spend the week. It’s a great tiny Texas farm house to choose.

It's spacious, cozy, comfortable (CA king bed), AFFORDABLE, centrally located, and very private. While this dwelling is attached to my home you will most likely never see me. You have a completely separate entrance with a private patio and yard to yourself.

I can't say enough about how kind, and accommodating, this host was! He, and his wife, went out of their way to make my stay wonderful. I have pretty bad arthritis, yet was very comfy the entire trip! The living room couch was extremely comfy to hang out and watch movies. The backyard grill was wonderful for sticking to my healthy diet. The location was quiet, safe (even forgot to lock door a couple nights), and parking was big enough to park two large trucks. The cold AC saved me from the heat and humidity. The bedroom had a comfy bed, soft sheets, and plenty of drawers, and closet space for all our clothing. Laundry room came in handy. I found the kitchen adequate to prepare meals, as we cooked for ourselves all but one night. I also felt safe during a pretty nasty thunderstorm...and I'm not used to crazy weather! This place has a quaint kind of vibe to it, and is decorated nicely. I would definitely return if my boyfriend hasn't found a local place to rent before my next visit!

Absolutely loved my stay! Will definitely be back. Charise was super helpful and friendly and the room had the cutest vintage appeal. The nights were quiet and super peaceful. If you’re looking for a round rock or Austin get away this is the perfect place!
