Vacation rentals with a kayak in Susquehanna River

We had a wonderful time in Diane’s house. We stayed 4 nights with our family, 5 couples and our son. It was better than expected. The house was clean and tidy. The views are amazing. The house offer several areas to entertain and is very cozy and well kept. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you may need to cook for a large group. There are places nearby for grocery shopping in Rock Hall, about 7 minutes drive. We also enjoyed a day in Chestertown that is about 20 min drive and has shops, restaurants and bars among other things to see and visit.

We had a great time. Beautiful property and perfect location. We traveled into Jim Thorpe (about 10 min drive) for the Fall Foliage Festival and dinner Friday night.

Scott's place was great. We were so relaxed and felt right at home. We will be going back which is the best compliment I can give an AirBnB. The views were beautiful!

This Airbnb was the perfect fall getaway! We visited the lake to soak in the autumn vibes, and this spot exceeded our expectations. There was plenty of room for our group of five, and the host’s recommendations made our trip even better. While the area is known for summer fun, I think fall might be the best time to visit. We had an amazing time exploring the charming shops, cozy restaurants, and stunning waterfront spots, plus the nearby vineyards are a must-see. Can’t wait to return next year when the leaves are changing again—absolutely loved our stay!

We had a wonderful time celebrating Valentine's Day weekend at Instant Karma Catskills. The house had EVERYTHING we needed and is extremely cozy and comfortable. We spent time in nature and truly got the break and retreat we needed as a family. Highly recommend a visit to this beautiful and special spot! We enjoyed a pizza night from Forage Pizza (amazing), board games, the view/lake, and some hygge time. Thank you!

My mom and I had a great time. King size beds in each room. Kitchen had everything you would need to make meals in. Hot tub was lovely and even though very close to other houses, because of how windows and yard are situated, it feels very private. 10 minute drive to downtown New Paltz.

Carolyn's lake house is incredible. Our group only stayed for a night, but it was such a great time. The house has fantastic amenities, and the views of the lake are gorgeous. Make sure to take advantage of everything the house has to offer, especially the kayaks and canoes. Carolyn herself was also very kind and easy to communicate with. All in all, highly recommended, even for a short stay!

What an incredible place to stay! This is a big old house with lots of wonderful surprises--a kids' nook with great toys, books for kids and adults, a s'mores kit in the larder, interesting art, great outdoor space...everything you could possibly want. There's even a cabinet with a sign that says it has antique serving dishes from the 1800s, and guests should "feel free to use any of these items." I have never felt so strongly, staying in an Airbnb, that the hosts were clearly deeply kind and lovely people. The house obviously means a lot to them, and we felt right at home there.

We absolutely loved staying in Megan's House. We definitely would love to return someday. Roy and Molly are wonderful hosts. The place was clean and comfortable. Just be aware the shower area is small and a larger person may have difficulty using it. We also came at dark and it is a little off the beaten path, but we'll worth it.

The cottage was a perfect spot for a quick weekend getaway, we wish we had stayed longer. Ryan was very descriptive with instructions on how to find the cottage, how to get inside, and expectations of the property. The cottage was incredibly clean with many more amenities than the average Airbnb. A guidebook listed several restaurants and local things to do, which was incredibly helpful for finding food. We definitely will be back!

Laura’s Lakehouse was simply stunning. The decor was gorgeous, and it had everything we could have possibly needed for a perfect weekend retreat. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the fireplace added such a cozy atmosphere. We loved having the kayaks available to explore the pond, and the outdoor fireplace and grill made it even more enjoyable. Plus, the well-stocked pantry saved us a trip to the store! My husband and I had an amazing time, despite a funny mishap where we both ended up falling into the pond while attempting a selfie right before we left!

Beautiful stay, albeit short and I only needed it to sleep. It even smelled amazing. After my long days it was so very nice to arrive at the cabin to sleep. Will definitely be booking again!

Such a wonderful stay. Bob and Julie’s place is just the thing we needed for a relaxing girls weekend. The scenery was breathtaking, the hot tub was ready to use and the house was in pristine condition. It looked even better than the photos. We would definitely come back!!

Beautifully decorated, comfortable and spotlessly clean place! Very convenient to spa in Aurora and hosts provide every convenience from kitchen gadgets to streaming services. Highly recommend

Had a lovely girls trip here, beautiful location and a super cozy cabin to spend a relaxing weekend in!

Comfy & cozy for 2 couples, spacious bathrooms with nice towels, bedrooms also had an extra twin bed in each, kitchen had what we needed - coffee pot and wine glasses, and a great view of the lake. Lots of outside amenities, just too chilly to take advantage of them. Michelle was ultra-responsive too.

A rustic cabin in the woods for some R and R was what we had hoped for…and we got it! Beautiful wood beams. So nice to have a private bathroom, as well as a window unit for heat and A/C. The shared kitchen was less than 50 feet away and had all the cooking vessels, utensils and cookware to make a meal. But we loved going to cafe! Barbara and her team served up delicious meals.

Place was amazing! Views from the place were fantastic and the drive to Elk mountain was just short of 20 minutes.

Quiet river front home. Well appointed, comfortable. We were there during a snow storm so we didn’t get to take advantage of kayaking, but next time we will come back in warm weather so we can!

This place was more than what we expected! It was absolutely perfect for our romantic and peaceful little getaway right on the river. The screened in porch was our favorite part . Loved that it had a private fireplace even though we didn’t get the chance to use it (next time when we have more time) The landscaping and unique trees were really cool to walk and see. Super comfy and cozy. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook, including grill that was ready to go. Bed was extremely comfy. Host was really easy to communicate with and very responsive! Would come again and check out a different cabin. This place is a hidden gem!

The Cabin at Warden Lake was charming and cozy, nestled in the mountains of West Virginia. It’s a quick walk to the lake, where we had great fishing! We loved the big yard and fire pit. We will absolutely look to stay again in the future.

We had the most amazing time! It was so relaxing and a beautiful cabin at a great location. We love how secluded and private it was. Even better that it was pet friendly so we could bring our dog! He got to swim while we kayaked. Felt right at home, thank you again Brandi for opening your home up to us!

Great Stay Great Cabin! Everything was clean we felt comfortable there. The hot tub was great after the 2.4 mile walk at Watkins glen. It was too cold for us to kayak but it was nice sitting by the water and chilling. Loved the sound of the water at night.
