This was a last minute trip to Philly with my girlfriend for the weekend. We were extremely impressed by the location of the Airbnb and friendly hosts! Alberto was extremely responsive and helpful during the lead up to our trip. We had never been to Philly before, but if you are looking for great bars and restaurants and things to do, you are going to want to stay here. We could have stayed in fish town for the entire weekend if we didn’t end up meeting friends in city center, every block was very cool and had a lot to do. The roof was incredible and so nice to enjoy a drink there at the end of the day. When we come back to Philly we are definitely staying here - and sharing the recommendation with all of our friends!

Nice place, great views, cozy and quiet. Fireplace was inoperable (as posted) due to pending maintenance.

Magda was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel right at home and was quick to respond to anything. Very accommodating and even offered us an extended check out time. The place was clean and had all the amenities you could need. Would definitely recommend to anyone if you’re looking for a friendly , clean, close to everything but not in the heart of chaos then you should check Magda’s out. It truly is a home away from home! We will be back soon, this time with our kids to check NYC and Philly out since you are conveniently located right in the middle of everything. The mall was only ten minutes away. This was a nice airbnb with very accessible parking, great amount of space, and comfortable beds. I would stay here again. Also liked it was very close to multiple bus stops.

This was an incredible find. We have stayed at quite a few Airbnbs and this one is our top choice now. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house is extremely clean and very well-stocked with anything you could possibly need. We got a chance to actually meet Leslie as she allowed us to drop our bags off early. She is very friendly and you can tell she puts a lot of thought into making you feel at home. We will definitely be checking to see if her house is available the next time we come to the area.

Very affordable and clean, with lots of space for a big group. Would recommend for any work trips or visits to the universities nearby!

John home was home to us. The surrounding is calm and peaceful. My husband and I stood in one day to catch up on some need rest and it was relaxing. The home was nice inside and out ( comfortable). It looks like the pictures. Will stay again whenever I’m in the area again.

The host is very kind and communicative. You get your own assigned parking space and access to gym. The place is easy to find and their instructions are clear. Host provides coffee, light snacks and the space is clean and smells pleasant as soon as you walk in. Despite being a 5 floor apartment it’s very quiet so you won’t have a hard time sleeping. There’s several small food spots near by and a target is about a 5-10 minute drive. Will definitely book again.
