Hotel vacation rentals in Susquehanna River

As young professionals, we barely have the opportunity to relax and enjoy each other's company. This was perfect for us!

We have used Airbnb for many years in many places and we both agree that this bedroom suite is one of the most luxurious places we have stayed. The entire house is beautifully decorated with design experience, great taste, and high quality furnishings. A generous breakfast each day, good conversation with the owners, and a visit with the resident horses and chickens all added to the enjoyment of our weekend getaway.

Our stay was great, and the room was lovely! There was a little hiccup with communications before checking in but John was very responsive and it didn't sour our stay. The room was well-appointed and had its own entrance which was a nice bonus.

Eagle Creek is a great weekend getaway! It is peaceful and relaxing. Quick and easy trip in to State College for a stroll downtown or to go to a game! We love the outside space and plenty of wood for the fire pit! The inside is homey and comfortable for a crowd! We had a wonderful time!

Kevin and Robin were outstanding hosts in a beautiful and peaceful location. The room was great, the bed extremely comfortable and they made the entire stay an enjoyable experience that I would highly recommend. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in an Airbnb. We were made to feel like family.

Our first time in Gettysburg, and we had a blast. The bed and breakfast was in the perfect location in town. Place was beautiful and felt like you were walking into a time capsule

I had an amazing stay at eastwind! The hotel and room were exactly as described — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to downtown and right next door is union + post where you can have dinner. Eastwind had a link sent to your phone when we checked in that was incredibly welcoming, providing helpful tips about the area and making sure I had everything I needed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient spot. Thanks again for a fantastic experience!

Great place to stay!

Second time here, really wish to stay here longer. Such a cozy place I love it a lot! The bed is way too comfortable just can’t get up. We came back to see The host Mrs Doris and her husband Jon. Jon was also surprised to see us and we are happy to see him still as happy as before! Definitely a nice place to stay for getaway!

As first time visitors to NYC, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Margaritaville Times Square. Tons of day/night life very close by but just far enough away to still feel like a peaceful escape. Security on duty by the entrance made the stay feel very safe at all times, and they did not hesitate to turn non visitors away after closing hours. Staff members were very nice and accommodating with anything we needed, house keeping kept our room well stocked/clean and we especially appreciated the luggage storage accommodations before & after our check out. Zero complaints, would certainly stay here again.

The Showboat is on the shores of Seneca Lake with a restaurant and bar right on site. The bar had a great vibe with a live band which was really fun to sit outside watch the sunset and listen to music. We visited the rescue farm right down the road and had a very informative and fun tour. The room was very clean and the bathroom was stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The beds were super comfortable and it was a perfect space for two adults and two kids (14 y/o and 9 y/o). There was no dresser or desk so it was kind of challenging having our belongings on the floor. With that said, the pictures are an accurate reflection of the space and I didn’t notice there was no dresser or desk, so again, a small thing that might make it easier to have a place to put keys, wallet, purse etc when you walk in. Overall - great experience and would definitely recommend!

Very clean, safe and great location. The check-in was very quick and easy. Our room was exactly like the one pictured, very spacious and clean. On-site staff were very friendly and helpful. The only one (very minor) critique is that it is near the railroad, which is explained in the listing. However, this did not wake us or our two year old or prevent us from sleeping and would not deter me from staying here again either. We had a great stay and would stay here again. Everything was as described in the listing! Quick and easy communication with Christian as well.

Ragu was an amazing host that allows you to feel right at home. Very relaxing getaway with a private secluded sauna and jacuzzi under beautiful landscapes of the sky.

I am lucky to have had many positive AirBnB experiences in the past; however, Stephan’s hospitality far exceeded my expectations. He was very welcoming, kind, and responsive. My only regret was not booking this place for a longer period of time. When I visit Brooklyn again this will be my first choice stay.

The place had everything mentioned and extremely clean. I booked it because I needed a weekend getaway from my family and it was exactly what I needed. Plenty around to do, eat and was very peaceful

The view is amazing of downtown and Central Park. The space was very clean. This is a small space suitable for three people at the most in our opinion. Four was too crowded. This is Harlem so if you know Harlem then you know what you are getting. The location was very quiet, especially inside the apartment. One block away is very busy and crowded. It’s NYC so I suppose that’s what you get.

Jennifer was very responsive to all of our questions. Everything was as she said it would be. Her home was spacious and we felt right at home!

I can honestly say it was way better than expected. Host reached out to me before I even realized I might miss the check in window and took care of me and my family. Thank you so much.

The furniture is unique ( hand made). beautiful. The king size bed was amazing, very comfortable and new mattress. It was very relaxing to stay at Kathleen's place. Deffently will book at the Lodge again. Also, the people sharing the others room very friendly and felt Conformable.

Everything was great

Such a lovely place with lots of character! We stayed here for a night while we took the kids skiing at Mount Peter for the weekend. It was so convenient to be an eight minute drive away from the mountain for their early morning class. We got to explore the very cute Main Street a little bit and next time we absolutely have to try the restaurant downstairs as well! The host was so warm and friendly and responsive and we loved everything about this place. We’d be happy to stay there again next time we visit.
