Beautiful, comfortable place to stay. We had everything we needed. I would 100% go back.

This place was perfect. We wanted to stay overnight instead of an exhausting one day beach trip. We live about 2 hours away and going to the beach for a day is always a chore. This is my recommendations for anyone going! We arrived at the beach right at opening time (10 AM), 9:45 we paid for street parking and were lucky enough to find an open parking spot right in front of the air b&b. Parking on the street from 10AM to 3PM cost $15 (cheaper than any parking lot near by). We then enjoyed the beach at our cost until 2:50pm and made our way to check in to the air b&b @ 3pm. After checking in, we put the offered street parking placard in our rear view and enjoyed free parking for the entire night and over night. We were easily able to enjoy the boardwalk and drop back into the apartment numerous times with the convenience of the location (one block from the boardwalk). Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for an easy, hassle free stay-over in seaside! ENJOY!

Everything went super well, the apartment is exactly like in the pictures. Everything what you need is there (and even more!!’). We had the best time and would definitely book it again!

I enjoyed Paula’s place. It’s quite big and just a few blocks away from one of my favorite downtown restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. The parking spot was clutch — most other spots don’t offer this and so you have to pay for a garage. Paula was super sweet and responsive.

Highly recommend Kim’s place! She is an excellent and responsive host. Place is so cute and the hot tub is really a nice bonus. Great location - very close to both Kingston and New Paltz. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our small family of two adults and two kids really enjoyed our stay. Everything was neat and clean and exactly as pictured. We loved being so close to the beach and had a perfect fall weekend.

I am leaving Missy and Chris’ Airbnb thoroughly impressed. I stayed at the apartment for about a month and Missy and Chris took every opportunity to make me feel safe and comfortable in the apartment. The apartment was very clean and had every possible accommodation one could need. Missy graciously left local goodies at my door after I spent a weekend out of town. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Chenango, whether it’s for a weekend or a month. Missy and Chris are very professional, accommodating and I cannot thank them enough.

Miltons place is located close to subways and grocery stores. Dont be put off by the location. We found people helpful and friendly. Milton was very helpful. Bit of a problem with AirBnB communication but Milton has promised to sort this. Highly recommend.

Beautiful stay! Amenities were well provided and the place was very cozy. We also appreciate the private location. Host was always responsive and gave helpful instructions. The location was very convenient as well - bus stop to NYC was walkable. Highly recommended!

This was just what I needed for my first trip to Mohegan Lake! Quiet neighborhood. Cozy bed. Great water pressure. I’ll definitely be booking again if I come back to this cute little town.

I really enjoyed this well equipped AirBnb in such a perfect location for my event at The Trust. Loved being able to walk everywhere. Parking pass was appreciated! Code makes it easy to get in and out of the building. Enjoyed the lovely jetted tub! Highly recommend and will use again next time I’m in Lancaster!

My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary and we had an AMAZING stay. The bed was so comfortable and everything was super clean and spotless. The location is fantastic. It’s a super steep and long hill to walk up but it’s doable and super easy to drive to the town. We would definitely stay here again!!!

Lovely quiet, pet-friendly place above the garage but note that there is a steep staircase to get up to the second floor. Very friendly hosts - greeted me on arrival and had left the door unlocked so entry was easy and the key was available for my use. Comfy bed, cozy and warm rooms with remote-controlled mini-splits in both the living room and bedroom. Bathroom with tub and separate shower - the water pressure was not as strong in the shower as I would have liked, but it was nice to have the skylight in there. My GPS found it easily but a larger sign with the house number would be helpful, especially at night. I would definitely stay there again.

This place was so comfy and perfect for our stay. Hosts were great. It was snowing and they made sure to clear the path. We will be back again with our pup too!
