It’s our first trip with our one month old son and we had an amazing time! We are familiar with the area which is why we picked Erin’s place since it’s so close to privates! Also Erin provided bikes with surfboard rack that we used to ride to surf at jacks which is a huge plus! The house is super well decorated and beds are comfortable. We love the hot tub as well! Everything is perfect! Highly recommended

What a beautiful villa! the view was amazing. The beach looks much closer in person, and the hosts were great.We loved it and would recommend to everyone.

The place is great. Very practical outdoor bbq and dining area. Good utensils for barbecue. Everything was very clean and the kids were fascinated by the games available for them to play. All great!

David was a fabulous host!!! He was kind, accommodating, and quick to respond! The villa was a perfect location and the view was beautiful! The location is central to the pool & spa and restaurant. The villa was top notch, with several additional high quality touches which made the stay even more enjoyable. From the YETI mugs and YETI ice box, to the JBL speaker and coffee station. The bedding and decor was gorgeous and the vibe of the villa is coastal chic and peaceful! The guest book at the villa is so unique too! I 100% recommend this villa and David! Very peaceful trip. We loved the jacuzzi, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was also amazing. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would definitely stay here again! It was a very nice place and had everything we needed and more.

I don’t know where to begin. As soon as we entered the property, everything was perfect! From the beautiful decor to all the amenities one could need, she truly did an amazing job for her guests. I will definitely return to this house and bring my family with me. Thank you so much for the wonderful bar setup and for the flowers and cake for my husband. You will surely have more guests coming your way. I will always remember this visit; she even offered me an extra night, which was very kind of her. Annie is a fantastic host!

Our stay started off a bit rocky due to a little mix up, but I have to say, the host went above and beyond to make things right. Kristina was incredibly responsive and proactive, ensuring that the issue was resolved quickly and that we were comfortable and happy for the rest of our stay. The property itself is beautiful with an amazing ocean view and access to the pool/hot tub that is very close. I really appreciate how the hosts had all the extras added to the condo such as chairs, air mattress, pack and play and cooking spices ext. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. If you’re looking for a place where the host truly listens and takes action, this is it. I can't wait to stay here again!

Amazing place, wish we could have stayed longer! We couldn't wait to run down to the beach (pretty sure we made it there in less than 28 seconds 😉) Very clear instructions with pictures to find the place which I greatly appreciated (our last airbnb gave us the wrong address). The view from the living room is beautiful and so cozy next to the fireplace. We saw lots of sea lions, dolphins and a whale! Everything is nicely labeled with clear instructions. Spent most of our time on the sand but when it got dark, the workout mirror and 3D tv are very fun. Comfy beds. Aquarium passes were a nice bonus too!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

Fantastic location and home for a family get-away. Much to see and do on site and in the local area. The home is very comfortable and welcoming with all the amenities you might need and more. Can’t wait to book again!

We had a lovely weekend with our family celebrating a birthday. The place was perfect for hosting 6 of us, walking to the beach and then driving up to Capitola and other towns very close by for celebration dinners. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend others to consider for a beach getaway.

Delightful stay despite the foggy/blustery weather -- May normal. Great floorplan for socializing or privacy; comfy beds(!!); baths clean and stocked; plush throw blankets; wood burning fireplace. Monterey Dunes Colony is truly a hidden gem -- been driving by for decades and didn't know it was even there! Excellent boardwalk system for navigating the dunes and accessing the beach. Also "downtown" Moss Landing has a couple of interesting surprises. Best is Haute Enchilada = amazing mole & margs + unforgettable space. I'll leave it to you to experience the details -- including open hours. Local seafood restaurants all performed well.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

This place was amazing, we could hear the ocean when going to bed at night. My wife loved it, would definitely come back!

Sean's cottage is an absolute delight, we moved in as though it was our own home. Worth reading previous reviews mentioning building works next door. As we were prepared for this (they started 8am promptly Mon-Fri), also ants (which didn't show up) and the racoon in the bins (which did show up) none of this was an issue, and was reflected in the reduced rental. Sean was an excellent host, replied speedily to any queries, including calling a plumber for a minor problem. The cottage is the most homely of places, there's everything you could need, the kitchen is generously equipped and the beds are very comfortable. The pretty patio is full of flowers and birds. Since it was April, we were not outside in the evenings, but it seems noise is an issue with neighbours. There are polite but firm notices requesting no outside noise after 9pm which could be difficult on hot summer evenings. This was one of our favourite Airbnbs, the location is fabulous, so much to do, we were busy all the time

What a peaceful place. We had a great short visit and hope we can come again! The place is even better than the photos. We spent hours watching the birds, ocean and sun set and rise. It was great that we could bring our dog along too!

Liz’s rental exceeded expectations. It felt very cozy, providing that beach home feeling. The beach was a quick stroll away, and it is dog friendly! My pup and I very much enjoyed our time at Liz’s spot. Thank you for relaxing vacation Liz!

This is a great place to stay! The house was so clean..beautiful views..we saw a whale from the family room. Very hospitable, Bernardine was easy to communicate with. Our family cannot wait to return!

My husband and I were the first Airbnb guests to have our wedding here, and it was truly magical! The space was perfect for an intimate celebration, and the setting was peaceful and beautiful. Johnathan and Leianne were incredibly kind and genuine - they are the best hosts! They didn’t just host us—they actively helped make our day smoother and more memorable. They kindly helped move around outdoor furniture, took beautiful photos, and their thoughtfulness made the day feel even more meaningful. Leianne was also amazing with communication and answered all my questions quickly and thoughtfully. The home itself is cozy, spotless, and full of charm. The décor is lovely, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was adorable and well-equipped. The bathroom was the perfect size and very clean. We especially loved the view and the soothing sound of the water just outside—it made everything feel so serene. We highly recommend this place and looking forward to returning!
