Vacation rentals with beach access in San Joaquin River

Awesome stay at Fidel’s place. Check in was easy and the included parking was great. Loved that the parking included a sign with my name to indicate the correct spot. Everything in the apartment was super clean. Bed was very comfortable. Laundry being included was also very convenient and an excellent amenity. We also really enjoyed the Simpson’s game. Would love to stay again!

My boyfriend and I spent the weekend at Fidel’s place and it was truly a wonderful stay. It was very close to Monterey and Carmel. The apartment was well stocked in the kitchen and bathroom and everything was very nice and neat. I would definitely recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

We had an amazing stay at Howard’s Place! Literally steps from the beach. Howard was very communicative and always responded if we reached out to him. The community is also amazing! We had an issue with the blinds not working and they came the next day and fixed them. They provide wheelbarrows for luggage and have a private pond. We would definitely stay here again! Had a great stay here! The location was perfect, right next to the beach where we spent most of the time. The place itself was clean and tidy with plenty of room. Will definitely stay here again!

Leoš was very nice and gave us so many helpful instructions and recommendations. The space was very unique and was great distance for cities like Monterey and Carmel. He not only gave restaurant recommendations but also gave us some places to visit if we had nothing planned. I would love to stay again and appreciate everything that Leoš did for our stay.

Great location - the unit is a timeshare in a nice resort near the beach. Very tidy, uncluttered and well appointed. Would definitely stay again.

Was out in the area for work real comfortable, nice and quiet. Only issue I had was the Wi-Fi was not that great. I still would stay there again.

Kim and her husband are an incredible couple. Lots of history at this place. They do an incredibly beautiful job of making you feel right at home. If you want a private beach house getaway with stunning sunsets, friendly locals, and a place to recenter relax and recharge this is the spot! Nothing but kudos to these guys and the atmosphere they created for me and my partner. Take a relaxing bath after a day at the beach spotting otters, seals and whales - 5 min walk to the sand - and watch the owls on property fly around at twilight! Magic through and through. Jeff and Gina were great hosts. Responsive and friendly. Close to Yosemite. The kids loved the game room, beds were comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need.

It was a great location and a great house. Real homey feeling and the backyard was awesome! Would definitely stay again.

The best place to stay if you are going to Yosemite or Sequoia! The place was so nice and peaceful, sometimes you didn’t want to wake up from bed! Dale was replying to us almost immediately which is great! My mother was so happy with the house she didn’t wanted to leave! I will definitely return to the same place

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and Pacific Ocean. Short walk (300 yards) to the beach along a boardwalk or enjoy the views from the livingroom through the large picture windows or deck. Perfect for a couple or young family (the two twin beds in the second bedroom are quite small but my 20 something daughters had no complaints). Abundant bird watching opportunities along with the occasional sea lion\seal and otter.

The Sanctuary is a great place to stay. Right on beach. Bonfires every night. Great restaurant on site. Tim was a great host. Everything was great and other than check in instructions we didn't need to contact him.

The location is much more private and peaceful than the surrounding area. Basically get your own stretch of beach in an otherwise overpopulated area. The Airbnb is also clean and tidy.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It’s absolutely perfect and has everything you could possibly need. We were especially delighted to find chopsticks, which totally made our day since we were planning to have ramen and thought we’d have to use forks! The view from the condo is stunning, like something out of a movie, and it was such a treat to have easy access to the beach. Watching the sunset was one of the highlights of our trip. The host was very responsive and provided clear, helpful instructions for everything, from check-in and check-out to using the washer. The check-in process with the gate attendant was smooth and made us feel extra secure. Everything was super clean and thoughtfully prepared. We stayed at several Airbnbs along Route 1, and this one was undoubtedly the best. Highly recommend!

Peaceful welcoming and instantly felt comfortable and at ease! The hosts have taken care to provide thier guests with the cleanest nicest and most accommodating space. We will keep coming back!

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay! The pictures didn't do it justice - all the upgrades were well worth it and my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay there. My was very responsive and helpful. So glad we found it! Would definitely stay there again.
