Our stay was great! The house was as described and looked like the photos. It's close to the amenities and was exactly what we were looking for. I Would highly recommend staying here and I would do so again.

I must say this was my first experience with ever staying in a Airbnb and wanted a change from a hotel and very glad we decided to give this a try. Tammy was an absolutely awesome host very responsive and a very nice lady. The description matches everything. Very beautiful property and very clean.

Amanda’s home was very clean and in a beautiful location! We only stayed for one night because we wanted to break up our drive in half, but the area and home were both great. If you’re looking for a restaurant to try during your stay, I would highly recommend trying The Farmhouse in Christiansburg, VA. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Great place, very large, very eclectic and so many outdoor options. Just a few min from trails and restaurants. Hosts were amazing and very communicative.

After driving up a completely private and secluded road , we pulled upon a private, hilltop home with a stunning view of the Virginia mountains . The outside sitting area with supplied chairs, bbq and fire pit was a bonus . The inside of the home was renovated , cozy and very clean . The kitchen was fully stocked, making cooking easy . Bryan was very responsive and friendly . We will definitely tent again if we find ourselves in Virginia again . Thank you Bryan !

Described perfectly!!! You will get what you are expecting. Great home to spend time with family. Nice separation for privacy if you need it. BEAUTIFUL YARD! We enjoyed playing in the snow. WE ARE REPEAT CUSTOMERS. Last time we came in the Spring. Kathi was super helpful. We had some weather issues and she helped us resolve it with her flexibility. We are so grateful. We enjoyed time with our children and granddaughter. We played lots of games . Had groceries delivered and enjoyed home cooked meals with family! Close to many restaurants and activities if you like.

A great place to stay for visiting Roanoke. And, just a short trip south on I-81 to Blacksburg. Wish I had found this place a few football seasons ago :-) clean and very roomy.

We thought the home was perfect for our needs. Spacious with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the graduation of our eldest son from Virginia Tech. Great home for a family get together. Everyone had their own space but yet the kitchen/dining/living room area was both spacious and great to gather together.

Our stay was great! House was greatly maintained and the location was absolutely perfect for our trip. Jessica even stopped by to say hi which was cool to meet your host. Would recommend this stay to anyone 10/10.

Susan was very helpful and accommodating. We rented for VT graduation so family was included. Totally comfortable for the group of 12, which included 3 kids until 15. Outside area for younger ones to run.

Was there for Va Tech graduation. Blacksburg is about 30-40 minutes away but this was a nice place to be. We had several family members in town and the 2 units allowed for a lot of privacy while still being able to have alot of family time together. Great little restaurant across the street called Bloom and coffee shop right next door. There is fresh market right up the road. There is a great park and river walk across the street. Great area to ride bikes. Only downside was a little construction on the new bridge going in but overall it was not that big of a deal. Owners were very responsive with the few questions and concerns we did have. Check in and check out was keyless and easy.

Fotheringay is, in a word, perfection! The house, the immaculate grounds, the comfort of the bed, the fluffiness of the towels, the perfectly stocked kitchen, the views. this is our fifth year straight coming for a writing retreat and we love the place more and more every year. George, the caretaker who loves on site, is a dream: so kind, helpful, warmest and considerate. Thank you Dabney for letting us enjoy the wonders of this place!

The house was perfect for the number of guests we had. Plenty of space for everyone. The whole house was spotless and well stocked. Easy to find parking and a park nearby to get some fresh air. Walkable market , coffee shop and restaurants. Tap room down the street was especially good.

Cute place in Roanoke. House matched the listing. Everything was clean. Host was very responsive. Huge backyard with a carport.

My family really enjoyed this stay. Everything we could have needed was provided and more. Nice home with responsive and helpful host. Some amazing restaurants in town and nothing ever seemed to be more than about 13 minutes away, most things we did were less.
