Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Platte River

The place was very clean. The pictures were exactly as the place was has a beautiful backyard with very nice patio furniture. We would definitely stay there again. Post responded quickly to any questions.

Amazing home with so much charm and comfort and the welcome basket was a wonderful surprise! The back patio is one of the best patios we’ve ever experienced. Peter and Mark have created a zen like garden and are so generous to share it. Loved the puppies too. The decor in the home is a nod to the past in all of the best ways. I’m obsessed with the furniture.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Lincoln home. The home is very well kept. Linens and beds very comfortable, felt high end. Kitchen has everything you would ever need to make a meal. The backyard oasis was especially nice as we had a beautiful day/evening to hang out with family and friends and have a nice bonfire. When in the Lincoln area in the future, we will look to book here again. Thank you!

Jason's place was a great fit for a family gathering. We came up from Texas to a graduation and I was able to have my family gather and able to host at Jason's without feeling cramped up. The backyard being fenced in sold it to us as it is a pet friendly spot and the dogs enjoyed running around. Loved that EVERY room has its own TV to be able to entertain the kids as well as adults and teens. Definitely will be coming back.

We had so much fun at your beautiful home!! I’m sure it would have been even more fun if it was the right time of year for swimming but maybe we will be back!! The house is spacious, clean, and includes all the extras! There’s plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. We loved the pool table, playing ping pong, being able to listen to music, play games, and have two TVs when we couldn’t agree on which football game to watch! :) The kitchen was well stocked and everything labeled. I forgot garlic and was relieved to see that some of the staples were provided! Thanks for making our family Christmas memorable!! The Christmas tree even made it feel more festive. Brandy is super responsive and everything went smoothly!! Thanks for accommodating our request!! Highly recommend!!!

Amy's place was spot on! Very prompt in giving me instructions on how to get in. Loved the place! You can tell they take care of the house and their visitors. If we decide to visit Omaha again we will put this on our list. Thank you, Amy!

Great house. We were 4 adults and super comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and this homemade was incredible for our days in the area. Would recommend.

This was a very clean and comfortable home. The neighborhood was very peaceful too, which is important to me, who travels with children. The home had simple but beautiful landscaping and flowers, so sitting on the porch in the mornings was a delight. My girls enjoyed the robins, squirrels and other natural delights in the surroundings. Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely come again!

This was our second time staying at the loft and it was just as relaxing and enjoyable as our first stay. T.J. and Michelle have added a table and two chairs to make it easier to have meals there if you prefer. I even found a toaster and a small slow cooker, besides the fridge and microwave they have always had. We greatly appreciate the chilled pitcher of water, snacks, and the incredibly comfortable bed! This time we brought our toddler and they graciously provided a small gate for the top of the stairs to keep our little one safe. Besides a fold-away cot, there's also a small infant bed provided if you have a baby with you! We used the cot's mattress to make a little bed on the floor for our toddler. This little hideaway is perfect for a quick one-night stay or a longer visit, a simple place to sleep or home base for several days. T.J. and Michelle are such kind, gracious, and thoughtful hosts. We look forward to staying here again!

very enjoyable location, condo, and experience---would stay again!

I stayed one night at Todd's on a long drive to Chicago - well worth it! The flexible check in was convenient. I got in later than I thought I would, but with the 24 hour check in it was no problem. The mattress was comfortable, everything was very neat and clean. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a basement, so sometimes you can hear a bit of noise from people moving around upstairs but it wasn't an issue for me. I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Omaha!

Our short stay at Luke’s place was great! Although we had some difficulty locating the space due to overlooking specific landmarks in his instructions, Luke was responsive and able to help. We had a great time and would recommend this place for everyone!

This place was exactly as described. Perfect location in the old market, beautiful open loft with separate cozy bathroom, view of old market was fantastic with stunning windows. Rooftop patio was adorable. Fantastic restaurants and coffee shops are at your doorstep. The Old Market is one of my favorite places in Nebraska and this was a great way to experience it.

The place was quiet overall and downtown. We came to Omaha to go to the zoo so location was great. Great host, we had a lock out issue with my dad late at night taking the dogs to potty and she was responsive and so kind. The apartment had everything we needed and the little snacks were lovely.

Second time renting for college graduation celebration! Perfect for our large group to gather. Platters, utensils and large fridge along with double oven and private patio make this the perfect space. Home is always immaculately clean and the location for our college age children is such fun! Highly recommend!

Place was very nice and centrally located to everything we needed. Huge bedrooms and lots of space. Host was very easy to deal with, communicated great. Only downside is how loud the street is at night (very busy road) but there were ear plugs in the nightstands if needed. Would definitely stay there again if the need arose!

I felt very safe and secure at this location. Lots of construction in the area but nothing that could bother you. Just upgrading these horrible roads in Omaha. It was a comfy home like spot. I loved having the balcony. The bed was super comfy. The place was cool and I plan to stay there again! Jamar was super cool and responsive. Thank you!

Outstanding service and very responsive. I got in super late and had made a mistake during the booking process. Ryan helped me through it, checked on me and had an absolutely beautiful apartment with all needs met. I would highly recommend. Close to some good eats and a nice balcony to enjoy views of Omaha!
