This is our 4th year coming to Omaha for a Presidents Day volleyball tournament and it’s always fun to stay in new places and Rosie’s place was perfect. Highly recommend. Right by Old Market food and shops, great community that quiet and clean and overall very peaceful.

A pile of relatives gathered in Ansley for a wedding, everyone coming from different directions to this little farm town. This farmhouse was perfect for fitting us all and feeling like home.

Jon is an awesome host and very accommodating! He helped watch my beagle who’d bark non stop when I was gone overnight working. My beagle felt right at home shortly after! He has an awesome massage chair that’s worth it just for the stay! We had some great conversations and he is easy going. He does have the TV on loudly all the time, so if noise is a problem just communicate it with him. I personally have headphones on most of the time, so it doesn’t bother me. He provides great amenities and if you need something just ask. He keeps the place clean and tidy, and the neighborhood is the same. Nice sidewalks for walking and a couple of parks within walking distance. Location is convenient and close to many stores. I needed to extend my stay and he worked with me to extend it. Definitely recommend!

Clayton's property helped to create a wonderful family visit to Omaha which we will always remember. Lots of space, clean and perfect for our needs. From the moment we arrived, we felt like a guest and not a renter. We wish we had a little bit better understanding of use of the lake and amenities in order to take full advantage of that aspect of the property. We learned enough that we do plan to return for a future visit! How could we not with a responsive and friendly host like Clayton!

Phanel was a lifesaver. I was able to book the room an hour before I showed up, so talk about accommodating! This was my second time staying with Phanel and I can’t say enough great things about the room and his place. I highly recommend staying here any time you can. Great people, comfy bed, and a great location makes for a great stay!

A great place for us to stop on a long road trip. Clean, comfortable and quiet. The walk to the river to see cranes was great but also sitting on the porch until well after dark watching and heating them fly in was also spectacular. Thanks for making this space available, Dave. Next time we’ll bring some fishing gear!

This cabin was a perfect location for a mini family reunion. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and the kitchen provided all the appliances from home! Highly recommend morning coffee on the patio to watch the sunrise across the lake!

A very comfortable stay in a great location. Hannah was super responsive and hospitable. We have a pet dander allergy but had no issues with this pet-friendly rental; it was very clean. Queen sized mattresses were comfortable. Kitchen is fairly well-stocked. Garage was clean and available for our use. We were there over a cold Thanksgiving weekend, so could not enjoy the outdoor spaces or water toys, but they look very nice. Be aware that you need to avoid encroaching on the neighbors' properties, including their waterfronts; Hannah provides a detailed map of property lines.

Our cabin experience at Spencer Hill couldn’t have been better! Cozy, beautiful and perfect for our family Thanksgiving. Linda was wonderful and accommodating as our host, always quick to respond. This gorgeous cabin had space for everyone and the kitchen was well-appointed to prep the holiday dinner. Though it was cold, family walks and runs around the lake were a highlight, as well as the fun teepee and playground nearby for our littles. The outdoor space is perfection, complete with speakers inside and out. Christmas music was playing when we arrived, soft lights inside were glowing along with a Christmas tree beside the fireplace. Such a welcoming atmosphere! We’ll be sure to book another stay here in the future! Thanks, Linda!

The space was perfect. It is connected to the main house, but the way that they have it set up felt very private. I enjoyed the patio outside of the kitchen that overlooks the water. There seemed to be a lot of space to explore on the land, but weather kept me from going too far. The booking experience with Evolve was different. I had asked a question and was told that I would have to book the space (nonrefundable) prior to having the question answered by the actual host, Jason. That was my biggest complaint. Jason was a very responsive and friendly host. I would definitely return!

We stayed with family for a February getaway. The cabin was peaceful, private, and very cozy for a winter retreat. We enjoyed taking in the snow fall over the private pond, watching the local birds and wildlife just outside the dining room window, doing one of the many puzzles provided, and cuddling up next to the two fireplaces. The host, Olivia, was extremely responsive and organized. No amenity or convenience has been forgotten. The place was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. We stayed in winter with extremely cold temps so were unable to explore the outdoor areas, but look forward to booking this place again in the summer to experience those features. Definitely one of the best airbnbs our family has stayed at!
