I came to this home from Atlanta to visit with my granddaughter in Missouri. This home is very peaceful and had a nice play area for my granddaughter. She love the toys and TV area in the basement. No disappointment at all in this rental. This will be my Airbnb choosing every time I come to visit my granddaughter. Absolutely no complaints and slept well and enjoyed the peaceful area.

If you want to stay at a peaceful place that will invite you to spend time unwinding on the front porch listening to the birds or making some s’mores in the back yard this is the place for you! A hidden gem for those that want to stay in a small town with a short drive to the big city!

Holly was a magical host. She always communicated and checked in appropriately. Thank you for your home as it was centrally located for our usage. Really loved the proximity to the Costco. Loved the rustic charm of the house. Nice upgrades on the bathrooms. Good luck with future guest. Thanks for accommodating my family.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and host was very helpful and friendly. All beds were perfect sizes. I was honestly expecting twin size beds but the double-bed rooms actually had full size beds. Beautiful home with lots of fun activities to do at the house and at the very near downtown area. Would highly recommend. I’d definitely book again.

Perfect spot for a quick trip to KC. Nice folks to communicate with and the place was very clean and had comfy beds. No complaints. Good location. Near Legends. Several restaurants right up and down the main road outside the place.

This is SO much better than staying in a hotel. My wife and I stayed here when our daughter got married in Shawnee, about a 15 minutes drive away. My brother and my brother-in-law also stayed here. There are three bedrooms and plenty of space for 4 adults. Kitchen was well stocked with plates, pans, glassware and utensils. Neighborhood was nice and quiet with easy access to main streets and highways, making it easy to go shopping. (Tried to buy some rye bread, though, and neither Whole Foods nor Aldi had any. But I digress.) Our one wish would be to have firmer mattresses, but that’s our preference and not a deal breaker though. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great stay! Carol (and Bill) welcomed us and invited us to make ourselves at home. My friends and I enjoyed our time there, especially with the games and kitchen equipment they had available. We also got to explore their gorgeously decorated backyard (and saw some deer!). Hopefully we get to go back sometime!

It was absolutely lovely. I am so happy with my stay. A couple of cautions- the walk to the private entrance may be difficult for mobility impaired individuals and the wifi was spotty. Honestly nothing worth lowering the review tho! The pool was perfect, the sauna was lovely, and we made ourselves right at home ☺️

We have stayed at this home on several different occasions and it never disappoints! The location is perfect, the house is beautiful and the host always goes above & beyond!

The place was clean, calm, and just wonderful. We went right before Christmas and ms. Deb had put up a Christmas tree and that was wonderful because we were going to be opening gifts and it just set the mood right for my family. It’s those small touches that made this location stand out. Would highly recommend and I plan on staying again soon!

This Airbnb exceeded our expectations spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and located in a quiet, convenient neighborhood. The host was responsive and thoughtful, providing everything from local recommendations to small touches like snacks and extra toiletries. It felt like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. Would absolutely stay here again!

Jayson was extremely communicative and when there was an issue with the check in time he was extremely apologetic and explained the situation with plenty of time to allow us to move around plans! Would definitely stay here again!

Great stay outside of KC. The house is cozy and has thoughtful touches throughout.

Stayed here for a girls weekend, and it was perfect. We went out on the plaza one night, and the next day we explored nearby and stayed in with DoorDash and hot tub! Highly recommend, especially for a girls trip!

Vivs place is everything and more! She greeted us, showed us around her beautiful guesthouse, and had a plate of homemade brownies for us. The pool was all lit up too! The house was spotless, comfy, and had lots of room. She was very accommodating and kind. We would definitely stay here again!

This was an amazing place to stay you are within a 20 min drive to everything but your in a quite neighborhood! The hot tub was nice!

Property accurately matches description. Neighborhood is an easy walk or short ride to many restaurants and things to do. We felt safe. There is some street noise which is to be expected in the area. Hot tub and privacy fence made for great hangout space.
