Great location and beautiful view. The kitchen is spectacular. We also really enjoyed the large outdoor space with plenty of seating options. Hope to stay again. Five Stars!

We absolutely loved staying here! Stephanie was incredibly responsive and so kind in accomodating our unique travel schedule. The beds were comfortable, showers were hot, and the towels were soft and cozy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook some delicious meals, making our stay even more enjoyable! We loved our family time here and would definitely book again!

Beautiful, delightful, lovely home with even a better host! The home was so clean, bright cheery and smelled wonderful. Janet has thought of everything to make your stay absolutely delightful. From the breakfast waiting for you upon arrival, chocolates to greet you, condiments in the fridge, everything you need to cook (including spices!!!) All appliances worked well. There were games and TV instructions. A lot of hangers (which really is thoughtful) I could go on and on. A surprise blizzard occurred and Janet already had that handled with a neighbor!!! Janet quickly answered all my questions (and I had quite a few) You would be lucky to stay at this lovely home with a wonderful host. We hope to do it again!

Carol’s place was very nice and spacious. We only stayed for the night while traveling and felt very comfortable and safe. Didn’t use very many amenities due to our short stay but would have enjoyed staying another night.

We stayed during state basketball. It was a last minute booking and worth every penny. We had our kids and mother in law with us and everyone was satisfied. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table room and also the projector for gaming. The two separate bedrooms were great. We brought an air mattress but they had an extra queen mattress for the floor. Very clean amenities and you pretty much get the whole basement to yourself. Would highly recommend this place to any size of family.

Nice clean roomy air b and b in a quiet neighborhood between Florence and Mine Lusa. Extremely good hosts to work with during the stay.

Always grateful for their hospitality. So glad to be able to park in garage as weather is getting a bit chilly.

Location was central to pretty much everything I did while seeing Omaha. The space was clean, accommodating and inviting to the eye. The kitchen is on the petite side but worked perfectly for the duration of my stay (two nights). I had my service animal and the square footage allowed for this as appropriate without being too crammed. Host was communicative. I’m overall very pleased and hope to be back in the area soon!

Everything went smoothly and was exactly what we were looking for. The place isn’t anything fancy, but is nice and does the trick for a place to stay. Todd was quite friendly and overall was a good experience.

Todd was a fabulous host with a restored 1907 Mission style that is breath taking when you first arrive. The inside is exquisite and the restoration was meticulously done with the 1900 era that Todd has done throughout the home. A must to book if visiting Lincoln NE.

We were traveling from CA to NY and Doreen’s place was on our way and we spent one night there. Doreen was so kind to meet us personally when we arrived at about 2am at night! She is a great person, and what breakfasts she makes!! The room was very clean and we had a personal bathroom across the corridor. The bed is huge and soft and very comfortable even though I am not a fan of soft beds, but this one was perfect. We enjoyed this short stay so much, it was one of the best in quite a while.

The home, built in the early 1900s, exudes charm and nostalgia, with its beautifully preserved antique furnishings and period decor. It was like stepping back in time in the most enchanting way. From the moment we arrived, Todd made us feel incredibly welcome. His warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of our stay. Breakfast was a highlight, with wonderful service and fresh fruit, bread, and the best coffee. The bed in our room was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The entire property was immaculately clean, and they thoughtfully provided everything we could possibly need. We were thoroughly impressed with the combination of historic charm and modern comfort. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Martha's Bed and Breakfast to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Todd was a fantastic host and very welcoming. Upon arrival I received a tour of the home that highlighted the decor and furniture that Todd has selected with so much care and expertise to the history/period of the home's origins. The details and decor were beautiful. The accommodations were pristine and well thought out. I was very comfortable and enjoyed my stay. I would love to return again.

Our stay with Peggy was absolutely fabulous! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She took us to see natural prairie and unique historical sights of which we never would have known about. She prepared the most amazing breakfast. We arrived as strangers and left feeling like family!

Susan and Jim are lovely hosts! The house is a little hard to find so if you can get there during daylight hours, that will help you. Susan was easily able to direct me where to go in the dark though. The house is super sweet and the bedroom is in a very isolated and quiet room upstairs. Jim provided an excellent roadmap for me to take. They were spot on. Breakfast was lovely and it was just what I needed to get my long road trip started!

We had a great time! We love older homes & when Todd was checking us in we told him how we’re restoring our Victorian home & he’s restored tbis home. We had a lot to talk about & then he graciously offered to give us a tour of the available open rooms which we really enjoyed! Place was clean, quiet & beautifully done.

A great place to stay at - very quiet and peaceful! The winery next door had live music and a food truck on Friday night, and that was the cherry on the cake. I enjoyed walking 25th St for exercise and relaxing at the B&B in the evening. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was nice and hot, and Jim and Kay were very friendly and knowledgeable. What more could anyone ask for? I'll be back.
