House vacation rentals in Platte River

This is our third time staying at this location and we are always very comfortable at the home. Very clean & lots of space. We appreciate a home that allows our dogs so much, and had a fenced in yard. FYI for those with smaller dogs, the fences panels on the paved part of the yard don’t go completely to ground level, so just be aware of this before letting them into the yard. We just made sure to always be in the yard with them, or on a leash. We’ve always stayed in the home around Christmas time so it would be nice to one day stay during the summer to be able to enjoy the pool! Thanks for the enjoyable stay once again.

We had a great time at the home! Everything was super clean and comfortable. Checking in was great, super easy. The beds were all really comfortable. My girls loved the hot tub. The best part is not having a list of instructions to have to follow to a T when we left! No extra clean up or special requirements that if not done end up incurring a fee! We were able to just have a relaxed morning packing up and heading out. We did, of course, clean up after ourselves but appreciated not feeling overwhelmed to do a list of chores before leaving.

We had so much fun at your beautiful home!! I’m sure it would have been even more fun if it was the right time of year for swimming but maybe we will be back!! The house is spacious, clean, and includes all the extras! There’s plenty of beds and bathrooms to accommodate a large group. We loved the pool table, playing ping pong, being able to listen to music, play games, and have two TVs when we couldn’t agree on which football game to watch! :) The kitchen was well stocked and everything labeled. I forgot garlic and was relieved to see that some of the staples were provided! Thanks for making our family Christmas memorable!! The Christmas tree even made it feel more festive. Brandy is super responsive and everything went smoothly!! Thanks for accommodating our request!! Highly recommend!!!

Great host for our stay for a family member’s service. Centrally located, spacious, and a very responsive host. Rose’s place was perfect for two sets of parents and our son and their daughter.

We had a great get together with our extended family here! The layout was great for large groups as nobody felt confined and there was plenty of room for everyone in the living room and kitchen. The decor was a hot topic of conversation - beautifully appointed! We will definitely come back when we need another large space!

Amazing home! Loved the pool and hot tub. The rooms were very spacious and the house in general had plenty of space for my big crew! Highly recommend this home!

Definitely worth staying here. The kitchen was well stocked with things we needed and warm atmosphere, we spent a lot of time there. They have a Jungle Room with a cozy vibe and cool decorations. The tv had accessibility to our favorite apps as well as plenty of channels. We watched a movie in the theatre which made the night and the instructions were easy to follow. The layout was unique as well, we felt like we were constantly finding new places to hang out and see. All in all loved it! Thank you to the hosts! 🫶🏽

This place was exactly what I needed for this trip. The location was very quiet and the neighbors were respectful and kept to themselves. The house itself was very clean, nice and cozy warm and plenty of welcome amenities. I wanted for nothing at this home and I am grateful I was able to find this gem. Thank you very much!!

We had an amazing stay at James's home! The house was beautiful, exceptionally clean, and incredibly spacious, both inside and out. The location was perfect—just 15 minutes from the airport and only 8 minutes from downtown Omaha, making it super convenient for all our activities. The space easily accommodated our group of 7 family members and friends as we celebrated a graduation. James was an exceptional host—very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or requests. Our entire party especially appreciated his willingness to extend our check-out time due to some late flights, even though the request was made at the very last minute. His effort to make this happen truly went above and beyond. The exit rules were simple and easy to follow, which made our departure stress-free. I highly recommend staying at this wonderful property and working with James—he's a fantastic host!

As usual, this place was very clean and well stocked with lots of room. It is great dealing with good, honest people who care about everything, even the little things. Hey Marv, that was a nice touch setting the lock code to my phone number so i could remember it. Great stay again!

We stayed here twice within the same month time frame. We found this place just as homey! We had everything we needed- a working kitchen, comfortable beds, hot water, lots of towels and blankets and a warm house. We will stay here again when we’re in the area.

The house was huge. Had way more space than we thought and was more than enough for what we needed.

Daniel was very friendly and courteous when sharing the check-in procedures and departure expectations. We were in town for Husker FB and the location was great and allowed for easy access to pregame festivities and downtown nightlife. The neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful in the fall. Katie’s place was great as is she! Spent 2 months there and never had an issue. Very responsive and made sure that I had the proper things for the driveway and walkway for the winter season! Checked up regularly to make sure I didn’t need other things for the house too. Great house for one person or multiple guests with plenty of room!

We are former Omahan’s and were visiting friends and family over Thanksgiving week. We had concerns about the home location, but once we saw the neighborhood and house we were at ease. The street was quiet, no loud neighbors or noisy cars. We liked that the house is near Blackstone and downtown. The space was perfect for our family of 5, loved that they had a few toys and books. The snack drawer was a great surprise!! And a few drinks in the fridge was appreciated. The mattress was one of the best I’ve had at a rental home- no back pains! The owner was quick to respond when I had a question. We would definitely stay here again.

MJ was absolutely fabulous to work with from start to finish. She was so accommodating to get us in an hour early. She also made us feel right at home. She left us some rolls and some waters and some sodas in the refrigerator and the whole place was warm and inviting. She was super quick to respond to me when I reached out to her very late at night. We were in a bad situation at a different VRBO and we needed to move ASAP. She made everything so easy for us and I can’t tell you how much we appreciate her !!
