Beautiful, unique home. Felt like we were staying at the Botanical Gardens!! Lovely place to spend time with family.

Deb and Mark have a lovely home and were great hosts. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We appreciated the book with recommendations for the area. Deb and Mark were responsive to our questions and made us feel very welcome. A great stay!

My wife and I drove down from Twin Cities (MN) to ride the high trestle trail. The location of Renee's Airbnb in Madrid was perfect. The weather early April was a bit cooler than expected so we didn't spend as much time on the trail as we would have liked but greatly enjoyed exploring Madrid and surrounding towns. Beautiful country! Renee was a great host and the Airbnb was perfect for our needs. Normally we rent entire property but we found Renee's upstairs Airbnb space very quiet, peaceful and comfortable. Everything was as advertised. We would definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay. Mike’s place is close to several grocery stores, a short drive to Iowa Events Center. Beds were really comfortable, and the place is stocked with all things we didn’t think to bring with us. When we are visiting again, we will most definitely stay here again. Thank you, Mike!

Great location in the East Village. Close to restaurants and bike trails. Lots of things to walk to or bike to. Building and unit were clean and quiet.

The Corn Crib is a very cozy place to stay after a long day. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could think of! Loved the decor of the Crib and the surroundings were quiet and beautiful 🍂 Will definitely stay again!

The home was a lovely place to stay. It was quiet and private with a nice yard for our dogs to stretch their legs in.

My partner, our dog, and I stayed at Greg's for a night while in town for a concert. We appreciated the clear instructions for check-in, recommendations for restaurants, clean space, and beautiful yard. Greg answered our questions quickly and communicated well. If we find ourselves back in Des Moines, we will definitely stay again. Also, we took his recommendation for Classic Frozen Custard - yum!

The host was easy to communicate to and responded promptly when we had issues after checking in. She immediately sent somebody out to rectify the situation and we appreciated her response. The house was old and had a lot of character which we appreciated. We would definitely consider staying here again. Our dogs loved the fence in yard which we don’t have at home.

Three rooms- no door to separate basement space from upstairs but me and my kitties stayed in one room. Suzy was very nice and welcoming. Very much appreciated the stay.

Cute duplex. Comfortable bed and in residential neighborhood, close to interstate. Appreciated the fenced backyard for the pooch. I would recommend.

My husband and I were so impressed with this listing! We felt right at home as soon as we pulled up. Only good vibes! We brought our service dog and Julie even had a goodie bag for Sandy which was a life saver because we forgot treats! Bed was super comfortable, kitchen and bathroom were sparkling, and the front room was so cozy! Fenced in front yard for Sandy which she loved. It is a quiet neighborhood with beautiful architecture!

Two of us in town for a memorial service and gathering of friends. The place was great-perfect size-two bedrooms worked for us perfectly-cute place. Minor point is a bathroom typical of these little homes, with a toilet literally right next to the tub/shower with only an inch or two to spare on the sides-made for some interesting "negotiating!" But as I said, this is minor. Shower great! Located in a great neighborhood, peaceful, safe to walk, close to a mall and restaurants etc. Be aware there is a basement tenant- took us by surprise but that was because we didn't read the description fully! They were super quiet and we barely knew anyone else was there. Their apartment is separate from the unit. Definitely recommend the place and Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had. Great front porch for sitting and watching the world, lots of windows, good linens and towels, extra blankets, easy on street parking., Keurig, so very quiet-we would rent again in a heartbeat....

Cozy, comfy, and quiet! This little cottage had everything we needed and wanted. Beautifully restored, with all the modern amenities. The neighborhood was so peaceful and lovely. It was the perfect retreat after a day spent with family. Communication was terrific, with easy access. Thank you for sharing your grandparents home with us! We will definitely book again.

Molly was a great host and very helpful when we had questions and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable for our family. Her home was very clean, the furniture was really comfortable, and the home was on an active farm surrounded by beautiful and peaceful farm land. The home is also only about 10 minutes to Adel which has a cute little downtown area with several resturants and only about a half hour to the West end of Des Moines which had a lot of shopping and activity. It was a perfect stay for us.

It was amazing and definitely worth! I will definitely be back and I have already told all of my friends about it! He was an amazing host and the house was very clean! Can’t wait to go back!

Colby’s Instructions were very helpful and clearly written it’s obvious he is very experienced. The house was beautiful plenty of space to sit, sleep, and eat and in a quiet spot. The amenities were great having a dumpster there was very helpful multiple fridges and plenty of parking. The barn was very cool my guests were not expecting anything like that, we all had a lot of fun and had no problems keeping the place clean and following the rules.

The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. We had a large group in town for a wedding with many of us traveling from out of state. It was so nice to have the space we all could hang out without feeling like sardines. The bedrooms and beds were all large and comfortable. There were plenty of towels and everything we needed was already there for us. There was a lot of fun extras in the house and the game room was a huge hit with the kids! We LOVED it! Thank you!!

Timberpine Lodge was just the escape we were looking for. The lodge is beautiful inside and out. The kitchen is stunning and very well appointed. The counters and island give more than enough prep and service space. The appliances are top notch. We enjoyed having enough space to gather to eat and play games. The lodge and land also provided areas to have private moments too. The hot tub was very clean and larger than expected. We took advantage of the group seating around the fire pit. The bird watching was fascinating from the screened porch. We connected with nature and each other. Thank you Timberpine Lodge. We will be back.
