Vacation rentals in Polk County

Wonderful little quaint place! The space was just as described and shown in the photos and Anna was a wonderful host- very responsive!

We rented the barn dominium for a company offsite event. We use the lodging for the offsite planner and executive team and then the gymnasium space in the center for our meetings and a dinner event. Chad and the whole team of hosts were very responsive prior to our arrival so I could prepare for the delivery of rented tables and chairs as well as plan for our dinner event with our caterer. And during the stay, Chad and the whole team of hosts were very responsive when any questions came up. The house is gorgeous and the gymnasium in the middle is perfect for what we used it for. I foresee us doing more meetings like this in Des Moines and we will definitely be back! I can’t wait to host one when it’s a little warmer outside so we can use the fire pit and patio space in the back!

The house has a fully stocked kitchen giving us the chance to be able to cook our meals for the week. The fun game room kept us all busy. Also the 2 living areas made for a great place for the younger family members to spend their time together playing board games and cards. With still having areas for other to just sit down and talk. Just to many great things to see and do here. We loved the House Divided and will return. very attentive host took care of all our needs or questions

Very clean and elegant condo. The linens and furniture were of great quality and the appliances were nice. The check in process was overall good and explained. It would have been nice if the parking ramp was connected to the building but it wasn’t really a big inconvenience. It was a very good experience and would recommend it to anyone.

The Bungalow was absolutely charming and comfortable! Tiffany was a wonderful! We will definitely rebook if we're back in the area.

Amazing place, loved the decorations of the condo quiet and safe neighborhood great for families. A pond just outside the window kept my 2 year old entertained watching the geese and ducks. Very warm and cozy and I would definitely stay again.

Our stay here was better than we even expected. the beds were the most comfortable we've had at an Airbnb. Leann and Joe were so clear in their communication, and even set up a pack and play for us before the stay. The home was cozy and welcoming with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful stay at the cabin and it was super clean and neat. The jacuzzi was super fun and i loved the high ceilings in the living room. Super spacious. The kitchen was full of necessary appliances and was super beautiful and spacious as well. We definitely recommend. Five stars. Will definitely be back!
