Condo vacation rentals in Platte River

We loved this space. It is located downtown, close enough to walk to the University of Nebraska campus (including the football stadium), and the Haymarket district and other downtown restaurants. Driving where we needed to go was easy, even across town. The space fit our large family nicely, with lots of room to spread out. We didn't use the kitchen much in our short stay, but it was well stocked with cooking implements. The large washer and dryer were bonus finds I wasn't expecting, with laundry needs supplied. A couple of small negatives: the water pressure in the master shower was weak, and the faucet in the kitchen sink was super short and didn't reach far, making hand-washing of dishes a challenge. If we are ever in Lincoln again, we would be eager stay here again.

This was such a fun stay! Unique structure in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed how close we were to shopping and restaurants. While it was snowy and cold when we visited, we hope to come back in summer to enjoy the upstairs balcony area and the park right across the street. Loved our stay and will hopefully be back soon!

Second time in the Penthouse. It’s such a perfect space for our family. Tons of room and just top notch all around. Location can’t be beat. Will book again!

An amazing place to stay if you are in the Kearney area. We have stayed numerous times and each time is just as amazing as the time before. A clean place, easy to get around, as well as great communications with the host. Looking to stay again when I’m in the area.

Everything was wonderful. This is such a great part of Omaha. Lots of great restaurants. The whole Turner Park was lit up every night with Christmas lights, which was beautiful. It was easy to get into and we felt very secure. The apartment was quite lovely and Giles was very proactive in making sure we had what we needed. We would definitely stay here again !!

I had an amazing stay at Ryan and Lacey's place! The apartment was spotless, just as pictured, and came with great amenities. As a woman living by myself for a couple of months, I felt extremely safe here. The building is full of kind and helpful people, making the experience even better. The apartment truly felt like home, with plenty of things to do around the area, including fantastic brunch spots and great places to hang out with friends. Ryan and Lacey have been exceptional hosts—some of the best people I've ever encountered. They went above and beyond to assist me, even in a difficult situation I inadvertently caused. Their kindness and understanding are something I'll never forget. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s a gem!

I had an excellent experience at Daryl and Sally's airbnb in Lincoln. The space was really big, so welcoming, cozy, clean, modern, and functional. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything that I could need or want and more. The bed was so comfortable. The living space was also so comfortable and cozy. And I was working in downtown Lincoln and the location was so convenient. Easy to walk around and right on top of a great coffee shop. Lastly, Daryl and Sally were so accommodating, when I arrived they had snacks laid out and drinks in the fridge. I feel they went above and beyond to make the stay as comfortable as it was. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this spot to anyone coming through Lincoln.

There is a lot of ongoing construction at the time of our stay the entrance and lobby was a bit bleak , uninviting and the building itself is a little scented , didn’t make me feel like I was on vacation. However the apartment was clean and crisp and had great views . Overall I would recommend just make not of the building and entrance .

We had such a wonderful stay at Ashlee's place! The space was absolutely fantastic, and we loved how spacious and inviting the common areas were. It was perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Everything was clean and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a relaxing and roomy spot to stay—would definitely love to return in the future!

The communication was great we also liked the location and the private roof top sitting area. It was comfortable for three couples.

I really appreciated Jane, the host. She was so accommodating when my flight kept getting cancelled on the day of my arrival. She reassured me that the condo was waiting for me. I was pleased with the space. It was just what I needed and more. It felt like home. I will definitely be requesting her space every time I return to Omaha.

What a beautifully decorated place in a great location for restaurants and bars and things to do. The condo was immaculate, such a perfect downtown getaway. Highly recommend.

This was the perfect place for a weekend trip!Leslie gave very specific directions and information which made our stay easy. The condo was clean and had space for the whole group. It was in a great location with lots of bars & restaurants within walking distance.
