Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ohio

This house met our needs perfectly for our three night stay. We basically just slept there as we were in town for our annual church conference. We loved the layout being a ranch home! Absolutely spotless home.

We were in Rio for the graduation with family from three states . We all felt like there a ton of space , wonderfully appointed & vey walkable . We enjoyed to patio, screened in porch & yard space.

This home was perfect for what we needed. We had a busy schedule while in town but wished we could have used the outside amenities a bit more. Beautiful fire pit and water fetcher outside. Brian was amazing and accommodating. He even found something we left behind and shipped it to us right away, that was above and beyond. We will definitely stay with him again when we come back to the area!

Great location, backs up to a park. Easy to get downrtown or anywhere on the east side of cincy. Fenced back yard is great for dogos.

We had a great stay at the house to visit our daughter for Easter. The property was perfect for hosting our daughter and her friends from college; plenty of outdoor space for a cookout, a warm and cozy interior to help the college kids feel "at home", and comfortable accommodations for us all who stayed at the house. The yard is large with a fenced-in area for our dog, who LOVED it! Please keep in mind if there is rain, the yard can be a bit soggy, but that is to be expected and didn't deter us at all. The grill and other kitchen/cooking amenities were great, and Marcia left a TON of snacks and breakfast food for the house. The whole vibe of the place is authentically "farmhouse", which we loved. We did not use any televisions. etc, but we did see a few, so "modern conveniences" are there. We will surely consider renting again for future trips and highly recommend this rental.

Great Airbnb for the price- local hotels were almost 300$ a night for a mediocre experience! The location, the quietude, and the care that the owners put in to make a comfortable stay for us were all top notch.

This place was perfect for what we wanted. Peaceful, quiet and a pond with lots of bass to catch. We were met upon arrival by the owner who answered all of our questions and assured us they were a phone call away if we had any problems. We totally enjoyed the very peaceful atmosphere, it was a perfect weekend getaway for my husband and myself.

Beautiful old home. Enjoyed the front porch! It was awkward to have to meet the host rather than just letting ourselves in. Otherwise it was perfect for our weekend to visit family.

Todd and Melinda are among the most thoughtful hosts I've ever encountered. They offered flexibility with check-in and check-out, stocked the apartment and refrigerator with snacks and beverages, and were all-around pleasant, kind people. I was there in the spring, so I got to see the amazing irises Melinda grows in their beautiful backyard. The town is charming, and the apartment is in easy walking distance. I walked in for morning coffee which I drank next to the waterfall for which the town is named! Fantastic space, highly recommend. I have friends in the area, so I may be back.

Second stay at Eve’s place and we look forward to our next stay. It’s a great place, exactly as described and in a perfect location.

The apartment was very close to UC and perfect for our graduation trip. The apartment was absolutely immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and our little welcome surprise was so kind. The building is obviously an old structure with all the beauty you would expect- gorgeous floors and woodwork- but also has all the modern niceties, too. We needed to check out a little late due to the timing of commencement, and Edward was more than generous with meeting our needs. The neighborhood was safe, and with the gated parking, felt super super safe (for a country girl not used to the city.) It was a quick trip, but this apartment made it so much easier on us!

Very cute little flat. Loved that it had kitchen supplies (pots and pans, measuring cups, etc). Lots of things to do and places to eat within walking distance. The free parking spot was a relief as we didn’t want to have to hunt for parking every day. We were told ahead of time, but the walls are super thin; when our neighbors were talking, it sounded like they were in the apartment with us. Luckily our neighbors were pretty quiet overall and we appreciated the hosts honesty about the thin walls up front. Hosts were also very responsive to questions we had.

Jennifer’s place was wonderful! Her and Dick were very hospitable. My husband and I traveled from out of state to celebrate my brother’s 60th birthday. They allowed him and my daughter and her 2 kids to meet there and enjoy their beautiful outside tranquility garden and they even built us a fire in the fire pit. They had popsicles and toys for the kids as well. They went above and beyond to make our time there enjoyable. I would highly recommend their Airbnb. A very enjoyable stay and some wonderful memories were made!

The space was very nice and in an Excellent location. The host was prompt and professional when responding. 10/10.

This was my second stay here. The place looked just like the photos and was clean and comfortable for a short visit. It’s not fancy, but it met my needs. The host was responsive, and everything was as described.

What a wonderful retreat! I stayed by myself as a little momma get away and it was perfect. The Zucchini bread is as good as everyone says! The hot tub was wonderful! The hosts were extremely responsive whenever I needed anything and really helpful! There are even games and toys for kids/toddlers if that is what you’re doing. I of course was vacationing FROM the kids toys lol but I love that if we go back there are things for the kids. Be advised that this is a basement apartment so you’ll hear footsteps and sometimes muffled voices just like you would in any house. It didnt bother me at all! The views are spectacular and the property is just so peaceful. 10/10 would recommend for sure!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Marion! The room was beautiful and overlooked a river, so we were able to watch the wildlife from indoors. Marion was a lovely host and I loved having conversations with her while petting the horses. Would definitely recommend.

Whether you are there for a staycation or in and out for activities, the home was very inviting! The hosts were so friendly and kind, the place was very peaceful and beautiful. The amenities were also amazing for the price. Thank you to Jennifer and Mark!

Gordon and Simone were such welcoming and gracious hosts! The space was beautiful and breakfast was to die for. So grateful to have been able to stay with them!

Donna’s house was so stylish, and the house is perfectly located between the airport and the wedding venue. But it was Donna’s hospitality that left a lasting impression. She truly enjoys being a host and excels at it. I highly recommend her place!

What a wonderful night on our travels!

Shelley and her husband are enthusiastic, kind hosts who love the lakeside town they are in. They have created a comfortable place to enjoy all that this lakeside area has to offer. Delicious breakfast and easy access to coffee and tea and plenty of places to sit inside and outside!

The breakfast basket was exceptional, and the CVI team was able to provide delicious options for someone with food allergies. The extra touches provided by the chefs for our particular needs really went above and beyond. Since we stayed five nights, they were good about giving us more of whatever we needed. The dinner basket was well worth the extra cost. The food in it was delicious and was more than enough for at least two meals. The paired bottle of wine was perfect. At our request, they also provided fun and tasty cocktails for a reasonable fee. Additionally, we ordered a cake to celebrate a birthday. It was beautiful and delicious. I will mention again, because we have several food allergies, that the CVI chefs were able to work their magic to provide delicious, safe options for us! Everyone on the CVI team made us feel at home. We definitely plan to return. This is our new favorite home away from home. We would give them 10 stars if we could! Big thanks to the CVI team!

We had a wonderful time at Victor’s charming place. It is like a B&B of old - he makes an absolutely delicious breakfast (and flawless coffee) and invited our college daughter to join us to eat. Victor is a witty and convivial host. His historic home is perfectly located just steps away from south campus, the room was comfortable and I enjoyed a little downtime browsing his library room full of books and enjoying his side porch. Look forward to returning soon.
