We loved the place and location. It would be a great place to stay for a family beach vacation!

John's place is in an ideal location in Mt. Adams. Great proximity to everything, easy on and off the highway to get anywhere in the city. The place was great for our three kids. The house was cozy and well-equipped; the balconies are a nice tough with great views.

Our family of four loved the townhouse. It’s very comfortable and well-furnished in a great neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and stores with walking distance. Brandy was a terrific host and super responsive.

Great space for 4 couples as we don't want to share bedrooms at our age Golf cart rentals on site are great! Pool was still open so that was a plus and we thoroughly enjoyed our time on the island. Great experience. I know it is the end of the season but it could have been a bit cleaner on the desk and living room just spiders and shad flies. we live on the south side of Lake Erie also from Canada so we are used to it but expected it to be cleaned up and it was not, however it did not affect our trip had a great 60th birthday celebrations. thanks again,

It was a great place to stay! Felt very cozy. Easy to walk to restaurants and stores. The space heater came in handy for the living room. Would definitely stay again.

Helen’s place was great for our family. It had all the amenities we needed and had really cool decorations/furnishings. It was a quick walk to get to the market and to the streetcar that does a loop of the city.

Wonderful space! Very quiet, and super clean. A birthday week to cycle, drink espresso, and eat fish tacos.......it was perfect. The pool was lovely and the location is outstanding. Any questions or issues were addressed immediately. I would definitely book again!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was perfect for our family, with so many thoughtful touches like cozy blankets in the living room, holiday decor, and even snacks! The bed linens were incredibly soft and comfortable, making for a restful sleep. Everything about our stay was perfect—already looking forward to returning!

I felt like the house was actually nicer than in the description, Extremely spacious. Very well maintained and extremely clean. I had an enjoyable time and if im ever in need of a place to stay in that area again, i hope that this place is available. Thankyou

We enjoyed our stay at Kate & Nat's place. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bath townhouse was as pictured on the web site. Appliances were new and neighborhood was quiet. Polaris is a 5-minute drive for restaurants, shopping and movie theaters. Uptown Westerville with its restaurants and shops was a 20-minute walk for those who want to walk. The price was great, and we experienced no problems during our stay.

Stayed at home for parents weekend at Dayton. very accessible to campus. kitchen space was great for student who just wanted home cooked meal for parents weekend. Enjoyed stay and owners super responsive and great to work with! Plan to stay again.

The Troy House is in the lovely little city of Troy, OH. There are so many places to dine and things to do. There are trains that cut through the town but they were of no consequence to our stay and enjoyment of this pristine home plus Colista and Grant have provided you with earplugs, sound machines, etc, if needed. My family has stayed at many rentals in the past and this is the first time that it would be impossible to list all of the amenities that this home offers. The house itself has been lovingly renovated. Many of our previous rentals were, quite frankly, “furnished” with the bare essentials. The Troy House has carefully and meticulously taken into consideration anyone’s wishes. Literally, it offers guests everything they could possibly want &/or need. We have NEVER been in a rental that is spotless, The Troy House is immaculate. As hosts, Colista & Grant, were especially kind and accommodating. This Airbnb is not just a house, it is a home and we hated to have to leave.

We had a great time for Moms weekend at JoAnn’s duplex! Very walkable to uptown. Super clean and comfy! Joann was very easy to communicate with! Hope we get the chance to stay again!

They were incredible, in town to visit son who plays tennis at Ohio state and arrived early and they were very accommodating about checking in early! Great instructions and very professional!

The townhouse was easy to find and as described. From our unit 107 you could see the lake. The place was clean and instructions were clear.

Had a great time here for a girls weekend away. We loved the space and the living room was perfect for a movie marathon. Beds were clean and comfortable, a slightly larger space than anticipated- everything was laid out well. Walkable to everything in downtown- great nearby coffee shops and a restaurant right next door that was tasty! Will absolutely be back!

Enjoyed our stay. As someone who loves a good walk, the neighborhood was charming and being so close to Schiller Park was a bonus I wasn’t expecting!

I loved my one-night stay in this beautiful home, and was pleasantly surprised by how much space was included. The first floor has a bed, bath, large kitchen, family room, and a study, and the lower basement level has a poker/game room, laundry, and an additional bedroom. And it's conveniently located and walkable to restaurants and night life in the Oregon District. Most importantly, Samantha was a wonderful host! Check-in was a breeze, parking was great, and the WiFi worked perfectly. I'll definitely stay again the next time my travels take me through Dayton.

In would highly recommend Nina’s home if you are in the area. The location was perfect, the communicate was flawless and the home was exactly as described! There was food and entertainment in walking distance. The garage parking gave extra comfort during our stay. I LOVE the decor selections in her home as well. Overall a true 5 star review! We enjoyed our trip so much we will be back!

Great place for a family event! Great neighborhood and beautiful decor in the home. Amazing views of downtown Cincy just down the street from the house. Was a bit worried about not having dedicated parking but finding close on-street parking turned out to never be an issue!
