Townhome vacation rentals in Monterey Bay

This is our second stay at this property. We occupied two units. There is always plenty of space, and it was clean and ready to go. We enjoyed the little details: plush towels, the “nice” TP, etc :) Thanks for hosting us - we’d come back if you’ll have us.

We really enjoy staying with Tracy. She’s very kind and hospitality, makes our stay enjoyable. The room and place is clean with a good taste of design art decoration. Considering the price and location, I would highly recommend this place.

Estuve casi dos meses en esta casa con mi esposo y bebé. Es una casa con espacios agradables, linda vista, hermosos amaneceres se ven desde el balcón. La atención fue muy buena, siempre nos respondieron de manera oportuna a cualquier necesidad. La casa es muy completa. La casa de David es igual a como lo muestran las fotos.

We enjoyed our stay at Its a Shore Thing!! The home has been updated so nicely! We all felt right at home as we enjoyed fun evenings and a great launching pad for our day excursions!! Being a quick walk from the beach was fabulous!!

Justin's place is great. It's hard to find value and space in this part of the Bay Area. He has everything you need for a long or short term stay. The place was clean, tidy, and comfortable. I will be staying here again with my coworkers in the near future!

We enjoyed our Thanksgiving stay at Bob's place. The well-supplied kitchen allowed us to cook our Thanksgiving meal without problems. We enjoyed the deck for the ocean view, comfy chairs, and stargazing at night. The beds are very comfy and well-supplied with blankets and comforters for the cool nights. The laundry room had no detergent, so be sure to take some with you. Otherwise, we had all the supplies we needed for our stay. Would love to return.

Emey was very accommodating and nice to work with during a challenging time in our lives. She went above and beyond a good host. The Townhouse is beautiful and very comfortable in a great location. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

The hosts are very responsive and nice. The facilities are good. I feel like I’m just right at home. I will definitely stay here again next time.

Sherry was a gracious and courteous host. The room had its own bathroom which I appreciated. The room was clean and I was presented with a tray of food and treats when I arrived. All very nice for an affordable price.

My son stayed at Soheila's place for 14 weeks during his internship. She was a great host and made it very comfortable for my son to feel at home away from home. Her occasional homemade dinners and desserts were delicious additions to all the recommendations she made for restaurants around the area. She was extremely accommodating and made sure the place was cleaned biweekly.

Lucy is a great host, professional and responsive. I had a great time being her guest.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay in Jaya's Airbnb! The room was not only beautiful but also incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings truly made it feel like a home away from home. One of the highlights was the fantastic view from the room. I enjoyed waking up to breathtaking vistas every morning, making my stay even more memorable. The clean kitchen was a big plus. It had everything I needed to prepare meals when I wanted to dine in. Jaya had thoughtfully stocked it with all the essentials, making it convenient and enjoyable to use. Jaya was an exceptional host, always available to answer any questions and provide local recommendations. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. I can't recommend this Airbnb enough. If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in a great location with a warm and welcoming host, look no further than Jaya's room. I'll definitely be returning for another visit!

Michelle’s place is wonderful: quiet, on a culdesac, beautiful back patio and comfortable home. She accommodated a request I had and was very responsive as a hostess. I would stay here again. Perfect for one person who wants space, comfort and quiet.

Our second stay at this cute townhouse. It’s wonderful because it’s centrally located when you have a lot of family to visit in the area. It’s a great walking neighborhood with walkable access to the grocery store and ice cream shop. It is a very clean and comfortable space to stay in as a family of 4. Thank you so much!

Location was really nice, and it’s close to the beach :)

This was a great property right on the beach. We saw the pictures and we loved the location when we booked it. The check-in instructions are very easy. I wish the keys would be somewhere on the property rather than pick up from office. But it was not too much of an inconvenience given that it was barely 10 minutes drive. The house was more than what was advertised on the listing. They were well equipped with appliances and condiments in the kitchen. It was very clean on the beach. They had toys and chairs to go on the beach. We just spent our time relaxing at the place and connecting with our friends. They were flexible with our checkout time as well. The hosts were super responsive on the app whenever we had a question overall, I highly recommend this place. It is definitely Something that we would love to return to.

When you travel a longer period and use Airbnb frequently you get a feel just from looking at the description if it is a good place or not. I was 100% lucky here. Location close to San Jose downtown, VTA trolly at the next block, many stores close by, etc and my favorite part was Japantown in walking distance, really excellent. The place was very spacious, really quiet, well equipped and I slept like a rock. I did miss a toaster and reaching out to Henry, he dropped a new one off right the next day. What else can you ask for. You want a nice, quiet, well located space without compromise and a great host I highly recommend Henry's place. Thank you for having me.

The view from the place was worth it and Kyle even replied to our questions within 5 minutes at 11pm. He was very responsive and helpful! would definitely recommend
